and we too have "freedom" to oppose your cause. that would not only be at your peril but at the peril of all of humanity. And this is not a cause, we are talking about the enslavement of all humans on earth. Which if you don't think debt is that, you are a blind fool.

how much money was being made before 9/11 by multinational corporations VIA government contracts and how much did that increase after 9/11? The fact of the matter is that they made a "killing" in record profits. as to DNA evidence being the linchpin to guilt: http://www.charlottepersonalinjurylawyerblog.com/2011/03/north-carolina-district-attorn.html http://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/p/24225505/Culture-of-Corruption-at-North-Carolina-SBI-State-Crime-Lab.aspx You too have "freedom" to vote another politician if the current one seek an "expert" that you opposed http://youtu.be/0112pttFW0g

Has anyone in the USA just asked themselves just how "FREE" they are? Are we really free like we are told constantly in the media our politicians, etc... I mean we are constantly told that these Muslim extremists hate us for our "freedoms." If we are so free, why are people not engaging in debate. Why is 9/11 a "sore" issue to speak about much like the Nazi atrocities of WW2? Why is it we have so many "middle east studies" programs in colleges nation wide, but our foreign policy and policy makers never seek the advices from such places who understand the situation in the middle east very well. Why are there 1000 channels on TV and nothing of substance to watch? Everything is just of "entertainment value." Why can my cell phone company charge me for months of phone usage when they disconnected my phone and I couldn't use my phone for those months but are seeking payment. Why is it that I can be dragged into a civil court of law with no attorney to represent me if i can't afford one. I think you get the message of just how "FREE" we are as a nation. We are free to be under the foots of those who have money and power. You think someone making less than 50 thousand a year will ever be US president? No way, it will never happen!

Guys, we see history repeating itself over in different ways today but none the less it is repeating. You would think we would learn lessons from history... But it seems otherwise. I leave you with this quote from Benjamin Franklin. “Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.†This translates to those who wish to sacrifice their constitutional rights on the basis of "national security" really ought to re-examine what they are asking for. The fact of the matter is that people are like sheep and its not hard to herd them together with the right tools. How else do you have people begging to be having wire taping or assassination programs or "airport security" are our airports in the USA really all that secure since 9/11? If you answer yes, are you able to identify which freedoms you have sacrificed for that additional security? We are being used as pawns in a sick game of imperialism, the US government is using the name of the american people and "their interests" without our consent or knowledge, and the backlash will come to us as a people and not to our government. The USA is the biggest terrorist in the entire world, we are not only militarily terrorizing people but also economically. We are breeding hatred and disgust, you want to win the war on terrorism? Stop our terrorism on the entire world, stop the unilateral policies we invoke forcefully on others. We do not get the big picture in the USA, you need to educate yourselves not by the corporate run big media outlets here. But independent media and the internet, and foreign media outlets. the killing of Osama Bin Laden is just a symbol to rally that good old american spirit we saw on 9/11, boost Mr. Obama's approval ratings, etc, etc. What? You think it was a coincidence that this announcement came on the anniversary of Bush claiming "Mission Accomplished?" You don't see something strange with that? Knowing that they had this intelligence that he was at this location since September? Call it coincidence if your gullible, personally I feel it is engineered... And its not hard to fake DNA evidence if you have a "sample" to begin with ;)

Personally, I feel that Osama Bin Laden being killed by US forces 10 years later is more of a symbolic "victory" than a pragmatic one. For one, just the fact that it took the USA 10 years to do so is a giant slap in our face. And for another his damage has already been done, his ideology is out there and is spreading like wildfire. It is of no consequence to say we got him other than than to hail it as a symbolic victory against "evil." The fact of the matter is that we are breeding hatred and terrorism around the world and its because of the imperialism type policies of the united states and others that this is occurring and the people who inhabit said countries are oblivious to it going on. When in doubt follow the money trails, thats how they pinched Al Capone... We can do the same to our elected officials to find out where their true loyalties are. If you follow the money trail you would see the massive amounts of money private multinational corporations have made from these wars and the massive amounts of public tax payer money being paid out to them for their services. I tell you what in times of economic crisis there is nothing better than starting a war to pump up private industry in your country. I recommend you guys watch 9/11 press for truth documentary about how Pakistani ISI acted as proxy for US government to these "murderers" it is documentary about 9/11 families who lost love ones trying to press the US gov for the TRUTH. And when we get to the point where the US Media is in PUBLIC hands instead of in the hands of major media corporations inside the pockets of their corporation paymasters, that is when we as a people, as a country, and as humans who inhabit Earth will find out about the real truth. And that won't happen until Mr. Murdock and others have less media power in the USA, its time the american media outlets do their duty and become the check and balance system they were intended to be for the american people and not front the agendas of the corporatacracy we live in today. We are all pawns in a massive massive scam and it is just utterly shameful that we don't open our eyes and seek the truth, if that were the case many years ago Nixon would be taken for his word and not resign, Clinton wouldn't have had impeachment hearings... The people are the ultimate check and balance system on government. I want to know what logic there is to continue Bush era tax cuts for the rich and cut Medicaid by 1 trillion dollars for those who are not. These policies are going to be the death to America not terrorism, terrorism is going to be the ultimate catalyst to becoming an even larger police state than we already are.

What is the most combat effective way to command AI squadmembers
Baz posted a topic in ARMA 2 & OA - GENERAL
Hey guys what orders do you give to your AI to make them behave effective in a combat environment, in such a way that they can incur losses on the enemy forces without taking significant losses of their own? What formations, combat modes, stances, etc, etc leads you and your AI to victory? -
Grass and Foliage on a 6950 pixelly
Baz replied to madeineano's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - TROUBLESHOOTING
ATOC=0 with FSAA=2 still gave me this pixelated trees thing... It was only until i put ATOC=0 with FSAA=0 that it went away. Logical Conclusion: FSAA is causing the bug not ATOC I have a HD 6950 -
i seem to get increase in performance with ATOC=7 and GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1 with native resolution of 1920x1200 and FSAA=3. My framerate is now not going lower than 20 FPS but I do have the problem of the pixelated trees... From ATOC and average FPS of 47 in single player mission named E08: Benchmark

right so after some testing I think there is something wrong with the AV8B in the game, no matter what you do it is constantly dropping in altitude if your forward airspeed is 0. demo vid: CIT: http://dev-heaven.net/issues/13826 its interesting that the F35B does not show this behavior. I think the AV8B should act more like the F35B does in terms of maintaining altitude or being able to increase altitude in "hover" flight mode. In the video the AV8B is constantly descending no matter what, where as the F35B can maintain altitude and even climb and descend to allow me to line up with the centerline of the carrier before touching down on the ground. The AV8B on the other hand just wants to descend to ground after my forward airspeed goes below 50. So when I bank to line up with the center line I am also dropping in altitude, where as the intention of the pilot is to maintain altitude and bank the aircraft to line up with the center line and then descend onto the centerline.

how much RAM do i need to dedicate for IoPageLockLimit I have 4 GB DDR2 physically on my system

how exactly do I increase these?

how do I do this... I need more info google is coming up dry for me. And what exactly do these tweaks do?

I'm apt to want to get an upgrade, but Dwarden saying that its just plain weird for the CPU I have to perform so badly in the game makes me suspect that it is some kind of problem that is not as simple as my hardware sucks the big one. 22:11 Dwarden or just plain too weak cpu (but seems really weird) New to our test protocol, Arma 2 is configured with all settings at a max including max visibility (10 km), which brings the configurations to their knees. Resolution stays at 800x600 to avoid the graphics card impacting on performance. To gauge performance we measure the framerate during a well-defined movement after having loaded a saved game. Note that you must disactivate HT or force the affinity for this game, as you’ll lose 15 to 20% of fps otherwise and it will suffer from rather disagreeable lags. 10 KM VD will bring any midline PC to its knees... Imho if im infantry i don't need any more than 1k system requirements lab: Arma 2 Operation arrowhead: CPU Recommended: Intel Core i5 or AMD Athlon Phenom X4 or faster You Have: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400+ Arma 2: CPU Recommended: Intel Core 2.8 GHz / AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ or faster You Have: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400+ CPU Speed Recommended: Intel Core 2.8 GHz / AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ or faster You Have: 3.2 GHz Performance Rated at: 7.2 GHz Thinking about changing my CPU to this: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0355997 should I get that and upgrade just my CPU and keep all my current components? I'm using an Asus M2N-E mobo, it should support socket AM3 with updated BIOS... It would be a cost effective upgrade and would be the highest ranking benchmarked AMD CPU on that link you had... And the price is not too bad. And considering that I don't need to upgrade mobo or my DDR2 RAM would add to the cost benefit. But I was thinking about making a whole new system with a Core i7 2600K LGA 1155 CPU But should I do that you think to make arma 2 playable or should I just wait and buy a new PC. I have had my PC for a few years I just upgraded my GPU to a Radeon HD 6950
-
yes, well my dual core is clocked at 3.2 ghz, which should be sufficient there are other dual cores at slower clock speeds at 2. something ghz that are running the game better than mine

I talked to Dwarden a while ago about this and here is possible causes he lists: 22:10 Dwarden well 22:10 Dwarden your DX9 results seems ok 22:10 Dwarden so this leads to 22:10 Dwarden driver incompatibility + gpu vs oA 22:10 Dwarden some issue with OA vs 69xx 22:10 Dwarden or bios setting wrong 22:10 Dwarden or something i can't pinpoint 22:11 Dwarden or just plain too weak cpu (but seems really weird) my 3d mark results: http://3dmark.com/3dm06/15588257 http://3dmark.com/3dmv/3042661 http://3dmark.com/3dm11/947782 scoring high marks on similar systems with DX11 & 10 but scoring the as one of the worst on DX9... Which Arma 2 CO is a DX9 game

Actually i tried increasing page file size manually to 8gb and put it on HDD not being used... I also did this: http://guy.dotnet-expertise.com/PermaLink,guid,e7b62d65-9567-408f-8c21-5963fb7b227e.aspx says vista but it works in win 7 as well... Seems like it did make some difference in performance doing those two things... I used to have FPS at airfield at 40 FPS and then it shot up to 60 with those changes. However, I still am only getting around 20 FPS in combat inside of zargabad with view distance in mission at 300
-
HD 6950 4GB Corsair DDR2 RAM Asus M2N-E mobo Win 7 64 bit game is using latest patch + beta patch trying to use "normal" preset ingame settings... In streets of zargabad I get 20 FPS but at the airfield im getting like 40+

they never turn off their vehicle engines either and that bugs me because they just waste the fuel... But if they are "in formation" i notice they do turn off engines... But if you tell them "stop" or "wait for me" they sit there with engines idling... I'd like for just like how you can tell them to turn their lasers on in the action menu... For them to be ordered engines on and off, apparently OFP had this from what I remember but it was removed later in arma and arma 2? Why?
-
Anybody else getting constantly less than 20 FPS in this mission? Mine is around 15-20 but when i press esc key in pause menu it jumps to around 30, anybody else notice this horrible FPS lag in this mission?
-
did all that... I get in arrowhead benchmark mission avg of 31 fps and then in "From Hell" mission in campaign I get about 18 FPS and if i press esc to go into pause menu FPS goes to 29 which I suppose is the normal FPS I should be having... But why when I unpause the FPS drops back down to 18 instead of remaining at 29? Goal would be to change that 18 FPS to 29 but even at lowest settings it just goes to under 25 fps... strange What FPS are all the rest of you getting in from hell??? That mission seems to be demanding.
-
no I have it in other missions too... and FPS varies, its not remaining at stable values
