  1. A generic terrorists project definitely sounds nice. I think the question on everyone's mind is, will they be european style or more third world? Either well funded or poorly funded. I'd like to see some very well funded terrorists, im talking bank robber style terrorists, im talking really good ones. A chopper don't seem real though, because every nation pretty much owns their skies.

  2. It's good for something but just not for front lines troop transport. It's got excellent handling for slopes n stuff and can repel most bullets, almost never flips over, but its just not good for combat where the enemy has rpgs n stuff. Heavy ordinance. So yeah its good for something. Maybe if you're a soldier in America and you want to knock on someones door and tell them their son has died, but not to send a soldier into a battlefield. So depending on how its used it can look stupid. Just like bombs, alot of iraqis talk about us being terrorists because the bombs keep missing. Alot of those general are stupid for using bombs in heavily populated areas, as if they don't care about human loss if the humans have brown skin. If I were an Iraqi i can honestly say that'd piss me off too, and thats exactly how they feel based on what ive heard from their mouths on many documentaries especially from the Afghanis, both who did and did not support the Taliban. It's all about application, and we as America will always be looked down upon for having all these great weapons, but not being able to use them correctly to the benefit of both the freedom fighters and the civillians if we don't learn to apply them correctly. I feel that those people in the military must be cruel to use bombs in heavily populated areas because even i know that you can't count on what somebody says of a bombs radius, or its trajectory, its a friggin heavy object that is capable of missing and hurting people who are very close to target, so one must be more surgical and use soldiers at times when they'd love to be lazier and use bombs for the sake of the civillians at least.

But back on topic, the U.S. needs to do research on an effective armored personnel carrier, that can withstand several direct rpg rounds.

  3. What I do is just read the box of the game i want, if i have my pc that is less than those requirements i don't buy the game but I see that since this benchmark program comes with some goodies how people like it so much. Something to spend time doing i guess.

  4. I'm trying to be a samurai for halloween. Not the armored kind but the kind of samurai that wears the gowns of cloth and really broad sleaves. Does anyone know where i can get one for my size and everything? Perhaps a martial arts shop?

  5.  I hope to see some less uniform terrorists.  As it stands, those terrorists look more like some foreign army, way disciplined n stuff.  Terrorists don't fight like an army though.  Thats why when they commit acts they don't look like an army because one look at six guys sneaking into your country with foriegn uniforms on and you'll see that they're going to do something.  They're unconventional and hence should look more casual.  Now, when we get to talking about terrorists, we're talking the people who terrorize civillians to change world affairs.  If you're talking about a paramilitary organization like FARC (also known as terrorists in some circles, but not in uniform when they act) they wear a uniform when together in their little jungle hideaway.  The smarter terrorists dress casual though.  No sense in doing a terrorist addon if they look just like a foreign army, but you don't have to take my word for it.  Now if you do want the uniformed terrorists like the ones that stormed the russian school or the theatre there, they cover their faces when wearing a uniform.  I hope that makes you feel better. Oh and they show no rank, nor affiliation as well. Who's going to sit at home and make a special patch for the drapings before they blow themselves up? you know? So yeah remember that too.

  6. If it makes any political figure uneasy to take a look at what the nation thinks of how they're doing things then they should really start analyzing themself and perhaps making some bold positive changes without fear of being labeled a flip flopper.

  7. I think that the title is a pun on American policy for sure. Beyond a shadow of a doubt. I agree with movies like this, its fun and funny but also has a political message behind it. This movie is going to be a classic, because it records a moment in time. This will be the movie we all look back on that describes our time and the period we lived in and will always be remembered along with it for involving itself in this content.

  8. Hmmm.   Id like to fight against a new enemy too.  I'd like to fight against a terrorist team that has a huey with mg on the side, that targets soldiers on the ground.  That'd be awesome to get strafed by a chopper.  LOL. But please, no high explosive rounds, thats just stupid. Make it a green camo or perhaps black camo huey with m60 on the side and im happy. A good terrorist team sounds excellent. Go to this page and look at the section on the left called villians. That ought to give you some ideas for a terrorist unit.

  9. it feels so much cooler to know that they're actually hip young people at war, not just like the stern disciplined roughnecks that they're always pictured to be but people like us. Thanks for taking my advice. I like it alot now. biggrin_o.gif

  10. I've always wanted to see a super cobra in support of ground troops in a mission just like they do in modern missions. I know vit is working on one though, but i don't know how thats going to turn out. The past ones were never finished so I voted for the AH-1W super cobra.

  11. Why don't you call the bar Panmunjom? I don't remember what it means, but its a word in some asian language. Then some skinny, shaky voiced, cigarette smelling guy comes out like "welcome to panmunjom gentlemen, someone will be right with you." Apparently its in a safe part of town where R and R can be established so more than likely there are military police patrols or stations around the area or whatever. They'll more than likely speak english loosely there, even the hookers. Then you can let us get acquainted with not just the reputation of these soldiers, but how they really are at least in a relaxed setting. Are they all the same? Are they all special in some sort of way behavioral wise? This is your chance for some detail you love so much to explore. Remember though, this is a story about war. In this time of relaxation and character development we are to learn something about this war before we drop our jaw at the action parts. You could have us learn something about human nature or about the character to make us think about human nature, or learn something about the plot i don't know. People can only get distracted from the plot for a short time before they lose overall interest in the story. The first person story form is a very good format for you it looks like.
