You have a very nice mod here! I have awaited something just like this that fits to the original campaign. I found only slight little error. Wasnt Kord HMG introduced in the mid 90's? the weapon that would fit better is NSV found in DKM's APC pack. Kord is basically slighly improved NSV. One big difference is that Kord has optical sights.

What can I say, this mod is one of the most unique and groundbreaking mods there is. Its amazing to put enemies charging on a hill from the opposite sides and watch as they fire their weapons and charge eachother with bayonets. You seem to play down your work somehat. You REALLY REALLY shouldnt do that because this mod is actually somewhat comparable to BAS, not because of addons which are not bad but not quite the BAS quality. Its because of the unique setting, weapons and other stuff never seen in OFP before! Great work everyone who partisipated in making and releasing this mod!

Yesterday my OFP worked fine but today when I start OFP it freezes and after maybe 3 minutes comes this error message: <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">CreateVertexBuffer (static, separate) failed 8876017c - out of memory? Wierd thing is I never changed anything in my system, no new software of hardware. I use -nomap command and my OFP is updated to 1.96. I only installed CWMOD 1.1 but that cant be the broblem as OFP work even work without any addons. Then I checked the task manager before OFP crashed. It was eating *ALL* of my memory. I have 512mb DDRAM. Any idea why this is happening and how can I fix it?

It was because of my 5000km view distance. Now it works great!

I did look around a bit but didnt do anything big to find out if someone had this before, sorry. Now that I think of it I did use 5000 view distance for combat photography but I closed OFP normally and had no broblems. I even might have reduced it back to something like 2000? I will go and check. Thanks you two!

I made them use ICP pack too and then I edited ICP weapon packs dispersion to be more like the HD weapons in JAM. It works great!

Now that this is not only an idea thanks to LoBo team and especially Ironsight who began working on iranian units could some nice mod change the tittle to something more appropriate? I have read about Iranian military and its very unique compared to many other militaries that have mods about them. They have common stuff like T-72, M-60A1, M-48 and T-55. Then they have some more uncommon or otherwise wierd stuff like british Scorpion and Chieftain. Their own Zolfigar 1,2 and 3 Their airfoce is also quite unique with their Shafaq And Saeqeh They also fly F-5, F-4E, MiG-29 and bossibly F-14. I also have more pictures of their ground forces and can post them if somebody wants me to. For example IMUC mods iraqis with new textures would be perfect. This is not one of those "do it because I want" topics but simply intended to bossibly show some good soul how interesting mod it could become.

Iranians seem really fond of the RPG and a bike combination. Didnt they even use two man bike squads with RPG's in Iran-Iraq war? I heard it was quite succesfull altough very dangerous tactic.

That forum about Middle-East armed forces is great! Miles, you should definetly use it as rescourses for your mod as I remember you had some trouble finding detailed info about arab armies. I didnt even know Egypt bought artillery pieces from Finland recently! Dam Patria, selling APC's and artillery all around the world!

Does the AI use the strike ability? Is the strike thingie automatic like with the bayonet? Like when you get close enough the soldier smack his rifle into the enemys face.

Its better than I excpected apart from one little thing. The ox has no legs when you start the mission. You have to walk really close then the legs appear and dont vanish anymore. I tried to make the ox wagon to go over a rice paddy in Ilo Ilo island. The wagon tipped over and the ox was mooing and swinging its head on its side. The civilians bailed out from the wagon after they tried to do a 1 wheelie

I havent had time to try it out yet but it looks very nice. I was wondering why no one made something like this before. Suberb work CSJ! Special Vietnam version with water buffalo would be very nice. Just change the ox to black colour and make the horns long and curved downwards. Also a version with ammo and other supplies would rock!

I just had an idea. How hard would it be to modify the script to work with ZU-23 that came in the MT-LB pack? It would look amazing to see 5 AA guns fire the tracers on attacking F-16's at night.

I list would be nice. You can post it in here and hopefully that will stop anyone of working on stuff that doesnt need to be made from the scratch. No point reinventing the wheel.

I for one dont believe iranians could do much against US army if they attacked and occupied the country. What I do believe that if the iranians are smart and dont even try to defeat US on conventional battlefield they could make it imbossible for any country to occupy Iran. This is kinda offtopic but I was wondering how would this tactic work: They keep only their best tanks operational and use other tanks as spare parts. Then the tanks are hidden in all major cities inside buildings. After americans come to take the city the iranians suddenly engage with their tanks in close combat. Even a T-55 can destroy or disable M1A2 Abrams from few hundred meters. Maybe I should go to Iran and join the army as strategic advisor! Well anyway thanks again to Miles Teg and especially Ironsight. I never believed this idea would take off this good. I would like if future screens and other developments could be posted on this thread. Also if Ironsight needs info on iranian military I am glad to help anyway I can because my addon making skills are non existant.

Thankyou Ironsight for taking on this great project! Even if you only make iranian infantry, armor crews and a pilot, its enough. We can always stuff RHS's T-55 with iranian crew or footmunches F-5 with iranian pilot. This will make some great missions.

Lol the horses are reversing! They also need some more anims on the legs so that the legs bend on the middle joint. Now it looks like... welll like its a door opening and closing. Brobably because yo u used a door anim. Other than that its good and really a breakthrough on OFP.
