Instead of asking about the cd-key, ask about a refund.
That was the only solution that worked for me.
I am sorry if I did not get to your support right away... how ever I am doing my best. I am now working on setting up a new system for sprocketidea so i will be able to answer your support requests immediately. Once again I would like to apologize if you were disappointed with my support! and I hope you have gotten ArmA somewhere else and you are enjoying it!
