This feature allows something that many mission creators begged and wished for in Operation Flashpoint, the ability to change clothes in game. Have you ever wished you could sneak through a town dressed as a civilian, and then pick up a gun and a uniform when you meet your comrades? Have you ever wished you could take that big, cumbersome ghillie suit off while in town? Have you ever wished you could steal the uniform of a dead foe and pretend to be one of their kind? Well, now you can, and, for all you realists out there, team switch can be disabled on death. So you don't have to worry about switching into other peoples bodies when you die. Disabling Team Switch On Death Team switch can be used purely as a role or uniform changing feature. If you wish to allow changing of uniforms or roles without giving the player the advantage of having multiple lives, there is a simple trick to make this possible. Create a trigger, change nothing other than the condition and onActivation fields. In the condition field type: !(alive player) In the onActivation field type: enableTeamSwitch false Now you can switch clothes without switching lives.
  2. I decide to rename this project for diffrent reasons, some are the legal rights (dont wanna have same problems like the stargate mod) and second is a change in the mod structure. Iam planning to release not a single mod, but diffrent modules which can be used as standalones. IIS (Item Inventory System) Dr.Pepper and me are working on this since a long time and will release an OFP version asap. It adds the possibility to missionmakers to use objects for mission objectives. (E.g.: Objectives is to steal some blueprints, so the missionmaker can places the specific object via editor, ingame the player can pick it up). We are working on a second Inventory where those objects can be stored, used! and watched. We are adding a lot of scripts in the hope to add some RPG-aspects, eg alcohol, food, water tirement scripts.... . Gaia This project is designatet to simply add more wildlife to ArmA. Its still in its planning phase so any ideas are welcome. Worst case This is the story driven campaign, in which the player is stranded on an tropical island and has to make his way back to the civilisation. It uses the other two modules. The player has to hunt for food, search for water, build shelters, weapons, traps and vehicles. There are also SP & MP missions planned for this.   8. Damn, whats the problem here? Noone had problems with OFP editoraddon 102, so unless there are no other versions from other modmakers, everyone should be able to DL this one.

    If you were a "Stabshauptmann" you should be something between 30 and 40 years old, old enough to know that its not maturish to laugh on otherpeoples questions. In the other hand u wouldnt be allowed to tell anyone that u are a part of the german armed forces. So i guess that u r not a Stabshauptmann, not in the german military and not over 18 years old. Sorry i know this is offtopic and all but i just cant let universal tell us lies. @Universal: We only believe u if you post a pic of your Truppenausweiss together with this post in the background.

    Maybe best would be to take the soldiers u need from all those packs and create an own GR-Addonpack (you will need permissions from the original makers). I dont think there are lots of people willing to load XXX MBs of addonpacks to play one single mission.

    Since theres no A&M Discussion for ArmA available i post this here (@ Mods please move this thread when those subforms are created) I would like to see something like the OFP JAM (Joint ammo and magazines) system for ArmA in an early period of time after the release of ArmA. Goal of this system should be that every future custom weapons made by the community should use it to get well balanced addons right from the beginning. If there are some other modders willing to help or if someone has other ideas please post here. If theres anyone who dont know what JAM is JAM 3 thread

    The tree looks nice, maybe u could make him climbable? Noone is flaming here, but there are people in this community which create there textures/modells from scratch thats why they dont like to see someone makes it the simple way. PS: Next time your angry on other ppl avoid to type in all capital letters, or get a closer look @ the forum rules
