I think Jaguar took the C130 pack he was working on over to RKSL. But I don't know if he's still working on it. How much polygons had the M60A3? -
COD singleplayer certainly sucks but multiplayer is a nice alternative to CS:S for example.

I hope this is not too off-topic for this thread but does someone know what's up with the difference in face-counting between 3dsMax and O2? With one modell I get a difference of 8k faces!!! -

Is it some kind of M4 variant? Weaponry for the Chinook now complete with the M134: 1.5k Faces Now it's time for the boring and time-consuming UVW-Unwrapping. So I'll probably try to postpone it until I've too much free time and absolutely no idea what else to do with it. -

Had a look at Skaven's M60 and it's an awesome model but with 5k faces it's really rich in detail. So I used it as sample to make a new version with less faces. This one has 2k faces. Mounts for sidedoor/window and ramp are attached. -

A US Chinook would only require the change of some antennas and minor details so I'm probably going to do it 14.5k Verts and 24.5k Faces too much But the current model features all details for all Lods. For example the cockpit will only be fully detailed in the pilot view LOD. Same with the cargo room for the cargo view. By reducing some details in those two objects for the 1st LOD I already managed to cut 4k faces. I'm aiming for 12k faces total for the 1st LOD, so there's still a bit to do. /edit - if someone would like to donate a M60 model perhaps even one modified for helicopter use, contact me! -

I'm too lazy to start texturing so here are more grey renders. The model is now 99% finished.The polycount is, ähm, too high, but what the hell. -
Welcome to the Flashpoint universe. The problem already existed in OFP and as far as I know it wasn't fiexd for ArmA. There were some videos released some time ago showing that BIA made a fix for VBS (although not publicly released). Why this fix wasn't included in ArmA is beyond me. So as this gravity problem roots back to the original Flashpoint engine I doubt there'll be a workaround possible for ArmA. But never say never...

OH behold there's company which is trying to make money first and doesn't has customer satisfactions as its highest priority. Greedy bastards! What's the problem with you guys, of course the sole purpose of this expansion is to make money. If you oppose this extreme capitalistic motive don't buy the product.

You can't compare Full Spectrum Warrior to Armed Assault. First of all Full Spectrum Warrior doesn't simulate whole islands. In games like Full Spectrum Warrior or Swat 4 with small maps it's possible to add special AI positions for each corner, wall and object. Doing that for the whole of Sahrani would probably cause an insane amount of lag.

Jep, a nice cargo system like the BAS thing for their Mh-47 enhanced with multiple loads and AI support would be awesome.

12K seems a bit low. A lot of OFP models already break that limit. -

I like that donkey cart frogstar. The whole Digital Iraq projects looks very promising. Looking forward to more of it in the future. Some other thing I've been working on (again): Reworked the whole modell, especially the cockpit and cargo area. -
