very interesting read. I like the part about the desert campaign. They say that if you attack from the same angle as the late evening sun then the AI will be blinded and not capable to verify who is shooting at them! Great idea!

Maybe he allocated more RAM to the game than he has in his PC? But I dont realy know.. simillar problem happened to me once played around with the settings!

it will implement several DirextX 9.0 effects so I doubt it will be bad looking. I got a question though. Could it be that the enhanced OFP engine will again not be capable to use less CPU and more the Graphic Card? Is it maybe in the nature of this engine? Damn I hope they will finally allow a smoother frame rate but outsourcing more work to the graphic card!

Those videos are supposed to descirbe different market segments such as the shipping industry, the real estate market, the solar industry and others... so basically I need some movies of ships, sky scrapers and things like that. is there an online resource center which has all sorts of movies? sorry but loooooooong way to go till you break our records of the past. The other thing we did was (and this is hard to break) a 360° sideways with a car. Maybe I can still find Denoirs addon (a car jump made of wood). Unfortunately my pic hosting site from that time went bankrupt so my images are lost.. maybe I can remember some of the realy nice stunts we did. Keep it up!  Â

I got only one important note OFP2 should enable the interaction of different squads for tactical purposes. Right now it is rather a bunch of chickens running around without any clear structure or strategy. E.g. Any enemy AI should be able to call any enemy bmp for support.

I believe what bals said. Either a cable is damaged or the connection to the screen is not perfect. Or the screen is simply getting old I dont believe it is a software or graphic card problem. That is rather unlikely since the monitor is changing its color independant from what software is running.
