I found something interesting. Maybe some can try if it realy works

Bals, did you feel the need to patch you game? Or did you install any of the mods yet? I am not too sure if I should!
-
Akira, great photos. But how sadistic are you to post images of beach&sun while the weather here still sucks! But here comes a quizz question: why do cigars have a paper ring wrapped around them?

Please dont get anoyed if I ask this question.. Assuming Bush sees the war on teror as an opportunity to push forward his "global politics"! Wouldnt then capturing Bin Laden actually have a negative impact? A threat called Bin Laden, just like the former threat of communism, increases public support at home for further actions. Also, people rather accept a higher budgets to be allocated for the "war on teror". A captured Bin Laden could lead to a reduced sense of insecurity... and support could shrink. Just a theory. what do you think?

locator is down, any problems bastler?

New universal dynamic grass scriptAlbert Schweitzer replied to djukel's topic in OFP : MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTING can someone make a screenshot please. Hard for me to test it out in the office!

Well yours is the 101st then! Warm welcome "retard"!
-
	messaged him already all details!
-
damn it. Got the game, played some training missions and thats about it.. As it seems I wont even be able to play it for the next 3 weeks. There is a time when live changes and you dont even find time anymore for this hobby. When OFP2 comes out I will probably buy it just to own it, put it into the shelf and let it get covered in dust!

awesome... damn I need to start with the damn campaign!
-
pah, beat this, every day a new picture for every minute! http://www.humanclock.com/clock.php

the last picture doesnt look like an original to me, rather like a scene from a movie such as SPR! Am I wrong?

Good story! Â Â Actually I think it would be much more interesting if you could safe during a mission in order to try different strategies. Same was true for OFP when it came out. Now that I can safe during a mission whenever I want to I have much more fun and better opportunities to learn from mistakes. But I guess you are not the only one and soon there might be an official patch (i hope). Has anyone found a site that already thinks about modding? The official forum is quite interesting to read. To bored to google? Here it is http://forums.ubi.com/eve/ubb.x?a=frm&s=400102&f=857101043 (btw. the key "^" doesnt work for me, machines dont stop if I press it!)

Yes Naval academy! Well the manual isnt to bad I must say. All you need is in there. I was a bit dissapointed with the Museum, I think SH3 doesnt have enough models. But maybe it is moddable One thing I find extremely smart is to put the CD-key on the actual CD. I can throw away so many games just because I lost the key. (NWN, Global Operations and and and). As long as I have the CD I will have the key. Very good! But I am being serious, let me exercise for one/two more weeks and then let us set up a password-protected server and play together. I think we enough in this forum that have the game to represent a fleed with beasty firepower!

Okay, I seem to be typically german since I first try to pass all training tests before starting a campaign.
-
I go to a shop tonight to get it. Maybe we could have a private MP game once all together. What do you think?
-
CURRENT STATUS Operation Flashpoint will not be Shown on the E3 for the germans go here short in english

Bals was unlucky and stepped on a sniper.. Hardrock, Radnik and me had the second camp cleared and then a tank plus infantry moved in too quickly. We should have just left.. but stupid we stayed and got knocked out.. But all in all it was a successful mission! You got to do something about your connection. That must be damn anoying!
-
just wanted to mention that. Remember Vietnam? http://www.diggerhistory.info/pages-c....ats.htm look how tight the entries were

I guess that also our computers must be able to cope with this amount of incoming data. Funny enough, I believe that with this speed you wouldnt actually need to install a game.. it comes realtime straight through the cable! For the future that would be great. Imagine you wouldnt have to download addons all the time. Whatever you need to play on a server it will directly be catered to you! You need the Y2k3 Mod to join? well a second later you got it!

I would be very happy to have more OFP-sessions with you. First of all you made it possible that we continued with the mission. Secondly you couldnt hear what our strategies were because you didnt have Teamspeak. And thirdly OFP is a lot of luck. Bals was leader, he had no chance to see that sniper and consequently he was being shot, if I would have been on that location the sniper would have shot me! Teamspeak is very very important (I think) you dont only hear Bals shouting "get back to the beach" but you can also participate in the discussion about what should be done, from which angle to attack and where to meet up. And you can shout "stop shooting, thats me you idiot". On Sunday come back and I am sure you will have a lot more fun than you had yesterday. I was kind of concerned that after the 2 missions you would say "screw online gaming, I return to singleplayer".

for the germans, if you turn on TV right now and receive MDR, then do so. Interesting documentary about Submarines in WWII!
