They are just a bunch of wannabe gangstas that think destruction is fun! The reason for all this mess is not a lack of integration, the process of getthoisation or unequal rights. The reason for these people to go so beserk is simply their bad upbringing. In contrast to 1789 these kiddies are not starving nor living on the streets. These are just bored children that dont go to school and therefore dont feel tired at night. I say France need to act and not behave like antiauthoritarian parents of the 70ies. Show brutal force and these children will learn what is funny and what isnt! Thanks to the passiveness of the french administration the german kinds already started to copy the trend. Four cars were burned yesterday in a rahter poor district of Berlin. If I see one of these wananbe InstanbulFighters touch my car I will definetly behave illegaly ....

There's nowhere to enter any email address or otherwise. So who cares! What? IP addresses? So? nah, you get me wrong there. I think it is a good idea, no doubt. But in the end I still feel I share some data with a site and somehow they must profit from it. So there must be SOME sort of use. I consider building this map for my own purposes and storing it on my own server is simply better. It is personalised and the data is not being used for any secondary purpose at all! However, here you dont have to do any work at all. And maintenance is also outsourced. So it definetly has great advantages!

Lol, but as always this data is stored online by a thrid party company. And as always people do not like to share their location and info with a data-resale company. I had worked on version to style up the map locator a bit, but got lazy in the end! so yes it sucks! Best seen at 1024 resolution with IE http://www.1aschnitzel.com/maplocator/world.html

BTW, has anyone of you seen the footage of US soldiers in Iraq shooting at a dog? It was pretty disgusting, the dog just didnt die, the soldiers shot at it several times and you simply heard the poor animal screaming in pain, but they were to stupid to kill it. It is images like this that make me get realy angry right now. How can people loose all their emotions like that? Sad but true, for me this was one of the most brutal scenes I have seen so far, it shows the total loss of human heart. PM me if you want to get a link. I will check your age beforehand. And trust me, even if you are an adult, your heart will hurt when watching it! But it is a good lesson to learn. War doesnt make HEROES! Hell it doesnt!!!! Â the soldiers comment Hi my name is M. D. formaly of A TRP 1-10 CAV 4ID and while in Iraq we had a sport of killing dogs whenever the Iraqis werent shooting us. So when I shot this one at about 50 yards with my M4 and it ran yelping to lower ground, we had to finish it so my friends and I went to it and started shooting it. I ve never seen a dog take as many shots to the head at least 4 as this one did and then after we thought it was dead we dug a hole and when I picked it up with the shovel it came back to life, so we shot it a couple more times....its pretty funny." Funny huh? Well Fxxx you!

I would first install a different media player with which I can play the file. By that you can verify whether it is a problem with the Codecs or this maybe even fixes it!

Sorry for posting this funny! but it is damn funny to watch. I wish the germans would capable to make this sort of political satire, unfortunately we suck at it! (if you cant open it, then download it)

First of all sorry for not posting very much these days, but I am very busy during work, so no time for websurfing! Â Anyhow, here comes the topic. I think that most of us still work with AGP motherboards instead of PCIe. Looking at the prices of graphic cards I realise that PCIe is not only faster, but also cheaper AND most modern graphic wont be available for AGP! Now I am stuck with a P4 3.0, 9800 Pro and 1 Gig of Ram and already need to choose whether I will have to buy a new PC during the next quarter. Or maybe I should try upgrading my system one last time with an AGP monster such as Ati's X850XT PE. Ever thought about it? Stay with old AGP motherboard and upgrade or switch to PCIe instead?

Shadow, you perfectly helped me so far . You know any alternatives? Especially for the motherboard and the power supply? There are too many controversial benchmarks out there. I chose the sharkoon because it got good rating on Toms Hardware Guide (source ) and the Asus Premium mobo because it was rated best in a german gaming magazine! BTW the power is +3,3V 32 A +5Vsb 2,5 A +5V 32 A +12V1 18 A +12V2 18 A +12V 34 A -12V 0,8 A

I tried to transfer all parts from my Dell into a new midi tower, Unfortunately dell systems are build to last, which means many parts are kept together by plastic parts instead of screws. So I had to cut some connectors in order to get them out of the case. My experience was that a dell motherboard doesnt realy fit into a new case! And yes, it would have been possible to use a non DELL power supply for it! After this failed attempt I put all parts back into the dell case. This was pretty hard because I had to cope with it without using screws. Actually I currently use rubber band to keep the cooler on top of the CPU. It sounds strange but currently it works. (I hope it wont blow up before I buy a new system). I intent to change from Intel to Athlon and from Ati to Nvidia. My plans are to get a Asus A8N-SLI Premium Athlon 64 3700+ Sharkoon SilentStorm 535 Watt (too much power but good ratings) and probably a 7800GT Do you have any alternative ideas for the motherboard and the energy supply? Â

I guess as always this has been posted before, for those who are always late like me enjoy this-> Oh Mama!

Who do you think we should invade next? Dont post this link elsewhere please, othweise I will have to disable it! -- Too scared of too much traffic, disabled it for now --

It looks like it on the pic as if it could be in the way! Â Anyhow, I let you know once I have chosen a power supply and maybe you can then tell me whether you believe it is okay.
-
Okay, thanks! Â Â I will try ... and give you feedback once I it is done. Anyhow, I need to make an aditional hole for the on/off switch of the power supply since Dell doesnt have it! Oh, and BTW, yes it is a Dell Dimension 8300!
-
You seem to be the person to talk to  I will check this evening when I come home what the measurements are of my power supply! I read a comment in a forum of someone who actually called the Dell helpline and they said that the pins and the ATX plug are organised differently. Refering to the picture here he said the white -5 VDC pin does not exist in the plugs of other versions than those of dell! But unfortunately that is where his comments end, so I dont know if he changed the supply at all and what the results were!
-
You see... the problem is.... DELL is special, so special that only very few power supplies fit (same with Ram) Â As far as I could research it there is only one available that would fit, this one http://www.pcpowercooling.com/products/viewproduct.php?show=T425D
-
Now I found out about another problem. Owning a Dell system (dont hit me) means having only a 250W power supply! But for a 6800Gt or X850XT PE I would need 350 at least!
-
Didnt get ya!
-
I get your point and I see you will actually be facing the same dilemma one day! OF course a 6800gt will be sufficient for all games that will be published during christmas period and maybe also spring/summer 2006. But after that you will have to get some 1500 Euros together to buy yourself new system. So I agree, maybe I shouldnt spend 500 Euros now to survive the next 6 months!

The patch is fully bugged (EA)! Reading the comments of a german board it appears the patch creates errors for more than 60% of all players. Usually there are three types of problems: The installation process is stopped by an error. The installation finishes but the game tells you the CD-key is not valid! A new file eats up too much Ram Due to the new ranking system dont be surprised if you rise in rank twice during half an hour playing!

All I want from you is to put one image (or three) of the face that you usually use for multiplayer sessions. If you use two or even switch between three then post them all. We could make this a worldclass face collection of all of us active players. But -> Â NO DISCUSSION -> Â only 1 small picture, NO GROUPS -> Â Only post for adding your picture. all other posts will be deleted -> Â Only one pic per face .. only from the front. The bigger your face the better. Dont mind about your body -> Â This is no gallery to show off with your skills. So post only faces you realy use -> if you use a new face in a few days ahead then dont post again, but simply edit your last post Thanks In the end I will create one huge poster containing all the community's faces! highly brigthened by King Nothing

Well I agree, and my intentions certainly wasnt to pretend to be a cold blooded pragmatist. But I think you are asking for too much if you expect a soldier in this situation to be politically correct. Well they were and I have great respect for that, but I also think the crew would have had its own personal right to defend its life! I see a mob gathering around a isolated tank, throwing molotovs and trying to squeeze the crew out of their shelter. We all know the pictures of the american soldier, burned and deformed, hanging from the bridge. And those pictures would come to my mind if I would be stuck in that tank. Also, where is the back up? The tank is isolated, trapped and exposed to a dangerous threat. In that instant of a moment I would forget about the political correct behaviour and try to save my life. But you are right, the western media is always quick to judge, and the Al Quaida propaganda quick to abuse it to stir up emotions! But a soldier in such a situation cant take so much responibility!

Okay got it! Â Â Bunch of smart azzes! Â

To be honest, I probably would! Hitting one or two would have made the crowd back up! Â However I ask myself the question why wasnt option 2 used, escape? What was wrong with the driver? He tries to get out of the crowd driving backward but somehow fails. This is why I love the old Fuchs tank. It cannot get stuck in narrow roads or crowds because it has a front driver and a back driver, Even if the fuchs was never constructed for such a scenario I believe it would have gotten out of this trap. Personally, I would have raced through the crowd. []http://images.google.de/url?q=http://www.panzer-modell.de/referenz/in_detail/Luchs/Luchs.jpg[/img] Killing how many and causing a huge political stink - kinda like this one? I dont honestly know why or how the Warrior was disabled but to mow people down or fire into the crowd wouldnt be something any one with an gram of morals would do. Â I know i wouldnt want to do it and im sure if you were actually in that situation you wouldnt either. This is not a civilised crowd demonstrating or throwing rocks and bottles. They brought along Molotovs so I may assume they had homicidal intentions. My point was not to erase the entire bulk of demonstrators but to make the crowd back up by opening fire at one or two agressors. Being rather inexperienced I may of course be wrong, however I do believe the crew stayed too passive! What morals do you speak about? If I would be a gunner I would judge Molotovs as a serious attack and I would take me right to defend myself!
