I cried tears during "Life of Bryan" and "coconut knights" I often laugh so much (but kind of silent) that I get tears in my eyes. I am not realy into sad stories.

This is called accuracy and precision my friend, the hard thing is to find the golden middle between two extremes. Searching for the appropriate extreme either ends up in communism or in nationalism. My country had both and I assure you there is a way in between. It is worth searching for it. And "spending" money is done by all countries, unlike military contribution the european union is the leader in this field! I wish there would be a few people in this forum that already worked for e.g. medcins sans frantieres or others! I think it is the easy way out for us to sit on our fat assess with a full fridge in the kitchen and state that there is no solution anyway. You should understand that a great share (basically the biggest) of our fortune is built on their misery. Ever thought about slavery? We owe them something!

Oh, and this is a cool game (but nothing for cat-lovers). It is from NBC-Giga so you can download it, it is safe. I garanty this with my life! Â Cat-a-pult you can excercise a little! I hope it is not too much german humor I expect of you there!

And there are always those morons that shoot you from a metre even though you shouted "gotcha". And those short-distance shots leave bruises. On the other hand we got different pressure-guns in germany. I dont know how you call it in English but there is a little thing inside the gun that controlls the gas-pressure with which a bullet is accelerated. In germany we got less stronger ones, but a simple trip to holland and you get full pressure! But the morons that cheat by using those are the ones that give worst bruises!

To me, informed planning including contraception is a way to keep families from having more children than they can support. Â And I dount the UN is endorsing abortion as a method of family planning... So if 10,000 children born in the third world starve...and those children would never have ben born because of proper family planning...who is responsible? The fundie catholic who had the money killed because condoms are evil? Â Not to speak of preventing sexually transmitted disease.. Oi. Not angry..just...frustrated...<span id='postcolor'> Frustrated is not right for me! I am damm angry at the catholic church. We all know how many african countries are in fact catholic, or think about South-America and even South East asia. A message by the pope can be deceisive. On the other hand I am pretty much sure none of the catholic aid-workers would openly state this message of the pope to any of the locals. In my consideration is Birth-control the only way out. And by this I dont mean imposed control but educated self-control! You should see the statistics about the amount of rape in South-Africa. It is shocking and frightening. Secondly, it is also shocking that basically all men already refuse to wear condoms. In another sense is the spreading of HIV a perfect indicator of the lack of apropriate family-planing in those countries.

F.u.c.k.i.n.g. funny (sorry when I enjoy myself I fall back into my gettho-language) Lets try another one. Was fuer ne Schnapsidee. So ein blutiger anfaenger, man sollte sie im hohen bogen rauswerfen. the hit-vene ran blue on when the boatguider me about it reminded: an oakhorn shines more sparkling wine in the bones to have than a cod-liver-oil-bag!" Well, look you once to that you land win you. No, not there long! what of a Schnaps-idea!  So a bloody oncatcher, one should you in high bow out-throw!

How rude! Most christian fundamentalists in the US are either tschek, swiss or german emigrants. Dont claim all the freaky people to be americans okay!

Someone translate the russian lingo!
Albert Schweitzer replied to SpetsnazWarriorX's topic in OFFTOPIC
Oh, I can tell you what he sais: It is something like: unload your gun, give me your boots and your swiss watch and I let you go back to mama! But it is a strange accent from Kalinigrad so I really dont know for sure! -
Es kommt mir der Verdacht du wolltest in die hoch hoch in die Luft!

hehe, and I know that many clothes of the german army are made by an indonesian company. I got a friend whose father once managed the german market. I got a question though. I always see the same boots over and over again. It appears they are the same for decades, nearly a century now. Even if they are so good, they are damm heavy and need so much care. Isnt there something new like GORE-TEX or so,? I mean light, warm, breathing shoes? Or are they simply too expensive?

Things you should consider: 1. Bush is from a conservative party and therefore this argument: "Abortion" will work BEST with his stereotypical voters. 2. This fund has been withdrawn but not redirected yet, it has not been decided and there are no urgent plans to do so, just intentions. BTW, how is the financial situation of the US government? 3. Between Family progamming in China and proposal of abortion is a thin margin. As we all know is Sterilisation and abortion an issue that does not please men in these countries but would help the living conditions a lot. Epsecially in China where children are taken away and rotten to death in isolated child-centers. We all have seen pictures of those terrible treatments of children. 4. Isnt the pope gonna come to the US in the few days? Didnt he also forbid to use condoms in the 3rd world? 5. I am hungry, but ate just a few minutes ago!

I've always loved Russia.  The language, the environment.  Everything.  They have great military aircraft, and a very proud history. I took a ground school (teaches you the book stuff of flying) course with two ex-Russian pilots.  One was a fighter pilot, the other a helicopter pilot.  They were both very nice people.<span id='postcolor'> Damm hell you are absolutely right!, but besides that "history" issue you find a far more fascinating one: culture. Just think about the amount of famous painters that have create new trends e.g. Chagall, Filonov, Kandinski, Baranov Rossine,... and then about literature and music: everyone knows Rachmaninov, Rubinstein, Tchaikovsky and the ballet. But the problem is that all damm morons from the russian countryside have no clue about the REAL tradition they have and what the Really can be proud of. Instead they are whining about the military power they lost. I hope the universities can keep the best students at home (and not let them emigrate to germany, US, whereever) and the arts will once again florish, cause right now many arts could need some new impulses.!

I know this sounds like a bad spamming thread, but I need some stabilising feedback. I apply all over the world for a lot of different jobs. I speek 4 languages and had a good education but hotel business forces you to start at the bottom, no matter how much you are educated. I can go for consulting, wow, I could show up and it is good money but accounting sucks and consultants suck! I could work in a cool beach resort as Marketing Manager but do I ruin my career. All of you in working age. Tell me your professional experiences. I am really interested

I think 80 instead of 120! Dont you marsh 120 per minute on a parade?
-
Nah, come on Ran, la legion etrangere has definetly changed during the last decades, but it is still a melting pot for all kinds of cultures and people, and most of them are not the most pleasant ones. A few decades ago germans made up 40% of the legion because it helped them to hide themselves. But it is still a very odd legion! I think it is not long ago since they changed the code of honour of the legion etrangere: Now it is still something like: you have to fulfill any order at any cost! Except the fact they added something like: if it is in accordance with the Geneva convention. Sure you gonna see a lot of the world, but definetly not the most welcoming environments. The french Legion trains French Guyana (tell me if I am wrong), this is dirty hard training there that often goes beyond what should be allowed. I am sure that the Marines are strong people but those french legion soldiers are mentally so destroyed that they basically do everything. And I am pretty much sure they have been in more dangerous missions than we know (and probably left a lot of lifes). The only country in Europe that takes soldiers and offers them citizenship beside france is Luxembourg. It is some kind of promotion. Did you know that the French legion is the only legion that is allowed to marsh less steps per minute than any other division (any other walks the same amount).
-
La Legion etrangere? Well, maybe I should try rob Bill Gates, then hide for a couple of years in the french foreign region to wipe out all the information of my past. And then by the age of 35 I buy my own heli-rent company in Rio and enjoy life! Seriously, this french legion is not really a place to learn to know good buddys. You must have killed someone before, then it would pay of to join

hehe! Eat this marrocans! Now that the spanish retook their property the marrocans call it unjustice, what the hell do they call their own action then?

Funny, either people have two different names alias.... or people post exactly the same stuff at two different forums! I like the garden idea! But then again, what to do about the lack of office-space in Manhattan. Just think about how much space they lost! They should find a more "pragmatic" solution" Big soccer forum /thread on WTC

I hope you dont get the wrong impression here! I am not egocentric and try to pull attention to my person! Â But as you know a father is not really the best person to listen to. And my mom wants me to stay in europe! But I have learned that I can perfectly survive 6 months on a remote island resort. But generally a contract is 2 years! Â But again the question (computer games are fun, I know but many of us are now really having a life with responsibility) what do YOU want to do with your life? (serious context)
-
We are all now in this forum for so long so whatever sounds to you like flaming you should take more relaxed. We know that basically all of us in general have an open mind. As long as we dont hurt each others pride (which we should staten immediately if it is the case) we should try to add some "peper" to the forum. Cause if not I could read the Neue Zuericher Zeitung (boring but good newspaper) and have the same profit. There are threads to be taken seriously and some which give space for some funny provokations. I would love to have a passport from Brunei, or maybe Sudan and I could be corrupt as hell and spend more money than the german cancellor!

I don't think U-boats sinking merchant ships would have forced US to surrender to them. Â Considering Germany did not have allies in North America (even though they tried with Mexico) a trans contintal war just would not have worked. I consider Russia very much like the US in that it is huge and not really to keen on losing homeland wars. Â If Germany couldn't take Russia, I don't think it could take America. Â And America is across the Ocean. And BTW, America DID delcare war on Germany in response to Germany declaring war on them. Â Which I noted in the previous post. Don't believe me? Â Here's the declaration<span id='postcolor'> My point was, that only by owning the sea and therefore major merchant routes, you would force countries into war. As I said, without the Allies attacking in from the west, the Axis would have won in the East. I have absolutely no doubt about that. Holding the entire europe in your hands, being able to use new production facilities, none being destroyed by your opponent, Russia would have been overrun. Just imagine all the technological developements that would have been able to be financed. The resources from the Normandie ..damm, you must be kiddin!

The argument of "If America hadnt saved all of our asses in Europe, Germany would have taken over America" is speculation and highly unlikely. Â If Germany couldn't take Russia, why would it be able to take America? Â Muslim terrorists and Muslims extremists are the same thing. Â There is no difference. Â Ones just a slightly more PC term.<span id='postcolor'> No, the difference lies in the fact that those terorists do not correctly interpret the Quaran and therefore are not muslims but extremists. Of course it is pure speculation. But speculation can be justified. Hitlers intention was to conquer the world, as terrible crazy as this might sound, he would have dared the step. To say that he would not have been able to cope with Russia whether or not the Allies attacked, that is strange speculation. Â Since a 50% release on the southern front would make you 70% stronger on the eastern front. As you might have known there were german submarines in the Missippi sinking ships. In terms of logistics this over-continental war would have worked very well. And it would definetly have started on the sea! Furthermore was the US not aware of most cruelties done by the germans because American citizens were deliberately treated well, so they did not have direct motivations to attack Germany untill Germany had the chance to become more powerful than the US => owning entire Europe (BTW Germany declared war on the US, not the other way around)
-
I hear this over and over again, this argument of "Paris would be Nazi-downtown if we wouldnt have helped you!" Now to get this straight. America did not enter the war because they felt sorry for the europeans but to save its own future. If Germany would have been able to hold europe for more than a year, then America would have been doomed to fall next. So the war was declared on America and America had to fight in Europe, got it? "you are just jelous!" that is a childish argument and doesnt belong in a forum with many members being older than 16. Just for your understanding. They are not "muslim terrorists" they are "muslim extremists" (and of course terorists), get the difference? Why the hell you want to shout in Mecca-downtown that you love USA? What would you do in Mecca then? I dont get you!

A swiss passport would be nice, or maybe one from Monaco!
