Another proposal, distract the BMP! Make your other Black ops move somewhere else on th map and tell him to make some noise, supposingly the BMP will go chase him, depending of course what his objective is!
-
I think the one I am standing on is 744m and the one to the east only is around 722. There is no map with a higher and colder spot!
-
Okay, got it, just take the piss out of me!
-
Everyone stop spamming this thread or I will hack into your computer, find out which two girlfriends you have simutaneously and inform both of them! One of the coolest spots of OFP is of course the view from the twin-mountains. Both are right next to each other and the highest of all maps. Guess which ones they are! I will post a screenshot soon!
-
I just saw you screenshot, that is terrific! But Hovmand your date is a man?
-
It is a Kübelwagen. A car which was used by the German army during WWII and even after! It is part of the Bundeswehr Mod. I got it from their demo. You should download it, it is one of the best mods I have seen (no, nothing to do with me being patriotic). They got the Leopard tank and missions with cool music like the Weather-Girls!

oops, I am screwed, the best addon site for me was this one (ofp-zone.de or so) and now the entire thing is down. They say that all their files were deleted. Either they were hacked or the provider....who knows... But I think that Avon you can take them from your FAQ for a while! Â
-
With that thing you can jump from Everon to Malden!
-
Mayor Fubar is using the A-Team & McGyver Addon 1.2 as you can see from his truck.
-
Yeah, they showed that on German TV too. The two french guys not knowing if the other was still alive. But thanks god german TV banns such things as people falling out of the WTC and hitting the roof. That is just too voyeur like.
-
I didnt want to question that!

"battlefield online" question
Albert Schweitzer replied to Frugo_PL's topic in OFP : MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTING
I hate night missions and I dont realy like day missions. So everything in between would be great -
Of course you are correct, and it is definetly not the best day to discuss that, but all this anger and sadness should not make us forget our own mistakes. As you know it took quite a while after the first collapse untill the second did too... a lot of lifes were wasted. They dont have to be dead to be heroes!
-
I would just like to add something that may be slightly inapropriate to post it today but still is worth mentioning. On september 11th many fire fighters died during the attempt to save people from Tower 1 and 2. Noone could have assumed that tower 2 would collapse. But once this happened especially fire fighters should have been aware that the same thing could/would happen also to the other tower. Heroes dont have to be dead, and many are because of badly prepared standards about how to treat burning skyskrapers. In Germany we dont really have skyscrapers but still we have a standardised method of how emergency workers have to behave in such a case. Manhattan, a district with tons of skyscrapers should have been aware and trained for the such an incident. Tower 1 was ready to collapse and if the heads of the firedepartment would have reacted accordingly many lifes could have been saved. The comparison of how many people were saved by fire-fighters and how many of them actually died in the attempt is unequal. Noone should have ever allowed the fire fighters to stay near the building after tower 2 collapsed. In all our sadness we especially should not forget of how many lifes could have been saved. Many of the fire fighters left their life because of bad-organisation. THIS HAS TO BE CHANGED in the future. Fire figthers are NOT Kamikazee workers! Their life too is worth saving!

Ops I forgot something that I would like to add: No, Denoir didnt post this message because he is the restrictive fuddy-duddy of this forum but because he is right. Nagual, I think you are indeed very good with scripting, but this thread was made for everyone. Everyone who enjoys the OFP editor, everyone how likes to play around with everything that OFP has to offer and everyone who wants to show his creativity. But noone can expect us to be capable to deal with scripting methods. The more you add stuff that only few understand the more you kill this thread. Everyone should be capable to participate and get some recognition for the perfect stunt he invented. Noone has a problem with Denoir Über-stunts, Ralphs funky jumps or Darklights way to abuse the purpose of the editor , but every picture submitted should be understandable and offer possibilities to copy it. And I realy like the idea of good stunts being shown here so I can learn and make them even more exciting! Long live the stuntmen thread! Keep contributing (and dont wonder about my terrible english) That is why OFP is so great: the variety of abusing the inital idea of the game

I didnt know that yahoo actually means something, but thanks to my online dictionary english german I know now!

this forum is realy dead tonight, isnt it?

WHAT....HOW....WHO.....WHY? This game is not dying at all. I bought so many games in the meantime and consumed them like Fastfood. SOF2; Wolfenstein, CIVIII, Neverwinter Nights, Global Operations, Medal of Honour... none of those kept me entertained for more than 2 months. But of OFP is like PacMan and Tetris, it is not gonna die that quickly! We all know which games are made to gain money, which are made to please everyone, which are trying to convince with "new innovative" engines. OFP is the Hippy of all games, the seventies of the gaming-age, cause only on those maps you got the freedom to do whatever you feel like. Even if you just want run around naked in the forests of Everon!
-
Aehm, could you translate that to us ABREVIATION-LEGASTENICS from Germany and other cave-nations!
-
I think that is somehow not the way we should make stunts! . DONT think I am anoyed because I am too stupid to do it ! I was wasting hours today to try to keep standing on that airbus. I had the most ridiculous solutions! Well, they werent actually solutions since they didnt work. But standing on a chopper, that works fine. Maybe you can find new stunt-variations for that!

Anthrax is a biological product. And we know that the more simple an smaller an organism gets the more resistant it becomes. That is why a multicell organism dies first, then a cell, then a bacteria, then a virus, and then a spore (antrax). I bet Antrax can take more than 100°C (which is probably the temperature inside the bread if you bake it). Actually I suppose the only guaranteed way to kill it is Radiation

buy yourself a heavy boxing-bag that you can connect to floor and roof. Every other excercise usually just blows up your muscles for a week or shortens the muscle (like those artists in the circus, is ugly), you gotta tell you entire body to you need new muscles otherwise it wont activate a long-term growth! Â

Nagual, this is nothing personal, but somehow I dont trust your pictures. There is just a lot of odd things. Why is number 2 asking "where are you" if it MUST be the guy next to you? Also, if I sit or stand on a plane I stand about 30cm above it. Your people basically sink into the plane with their feet. Mine doesnt. I dont know how you do it, but it seems you are breaking stunt-rules of authenticity here! Do you see the difference? There is just no way you can make your soldier stay on top of the plane if it takes of. Especially not if it changes direction by 1°
-
well that with the cessna I tried and tried and tried, didnt work. Only if you lie on the front window you dont slip from the plane, but the guy wont start if you block his window! I am approaching the issue in my own way. THis picture should be called, mind your head!
