    C-130 usaf gray

    these mods looks good. but the c130 is a huge project.. and needs lots of work to add animations and update all the textures.. and new turning radius features... etc etc... merge the back and front.. bla bla bla... lots of stuff.. but its good for now.. for me anyway.. anyone else is welcome to mod it.. just rename it to a diff filename before you release to the public.. thanks Capt Moore

    Miles Teg, that was a nicely put non-bias answer! ------------------------------------------------ Hey guys some of the model is mine.. and some is Scorpios.. and Too Tall has now worked on it and someone elses.. (I'm not sure who) Scorpio told me it was a friend of his that worked on parts of the model .. either way I havent heard the originator complaining..maybe they should if there is a problem.. but i doubt there is.. I rewrote some of the model because it had way to many faces.. so either way.. Scorpio can't take all the credit and he hasn't.. I cant either.. i have only some parts of the models also.. its a collaberation of a bunch of people for this model.. so what the big deal? Â well there is non.. so just relax..and enjoy the game :)

    Floating planes

    Floating planes can not be flown and then land on water.. it was not designed into the engine.. Maybe BI will change this ..maybe not... but for now.. its impossible with the current public release engine. Capt Moore

    We tested this in MP and it runs really smooth.. Just don't hit M if you have a slow computer.. also when you load in and sit at the RDY screen, hit ENTER and dont try and click on RDY because you probably can't. But RDY is the DEFAULT so just hit ENTER. I have a mission that I ran on the lower left corner over a large area. It ran very smooth with 3 players.

    Doesnt anyone fly here? ILS is the marker on the map that the planes follow down to the beginning of the runway. Its a invisible like with a gradient that is used by instrument pilots to decend just before they touch down in bad weather.. So Bi is using the ILS as a reference.. so chances are it is used in the same was but for the AI.. Also currently 1.91 can only have 1 ILS airport per map. What would be cool is to have all 3 maps combined into one larger map.. so it would be possible to actually fly from one island to the other... and have all the same buildings and trees in place. If anyone would like to try to 50 x 50 on a dedicated server I put it up for a while .. for testing.. make sure to get the PBO posted before.. and connect to: 66.114.150.30 standard port There is a exmaple mission with like 3-4 playable A-10's to play with and explore the map.. I suggest not hitting M while flying. Also when ready and you need to green up just hit ENTER and don't worry about trying to click on the READY button.. Capt Moore

    sweet map.. I put on 2 A10's and flew around for a while.. wow take forever even with an A10.. This could make some sweet airstrike maps.. or some good Artillary maps.. Need a few airports on it.. and we are in business.. i can try and host this map on a dedicated server if you guys wanna try it out.. Capt Moore

    The pistol in the game is silver but on the other hand the textures are not exact either.. I'm sure a black metal pistol would be much more advantages then a nice silver shiny one in combat. Does anyone know who made the HALO rifle? and how I can get a hold of them? Capt Moore

    Hey guys.. I have a HALO soldier but he was using the same old ... guns as the rest of OFp.. so I made the M47 handgun from the game.. here is a pic of it: http://halo.bungie.org/miscartimages/pistol_stock.jpg this is not my actual gun because I haven't skinned mine yet.. but the gun is done as far as modeling..(around 800 polys) I was also thinking of doing the assault pulse rifle... Any of you blokes out there interested in helping? I was thinking of releasing a MOD that included a: Halo Soldier 90 % completed Halo buggy with rear MG for second person. 95 % completed Halo drop ship 35 % completed M47 handgun 90 % completed Pulse rifle. 0 % completed What do you guys think.. yes I know that its not real and its sci fi.. but it would be sweet to invade the opposing army with some high tech marine weapons and drop ships along with 2-3 buggys..     I've added random and dynamic faces on the charaters now... I have not put damged skins on them.. I went out to ofp.gamezone.cz and downloaded a bunch of people addons and noticed that no one else out there are putting damaged skins on either.. should I just release the cops no with damaged skins or should I put damaged skins on them? if I were to put damaged skins.. does anyone here know how?     ok i made it work.. the trick as discussed before was to make sure that the "SoldierPol" is the actual name of the model. example SoliderPol.p3d is the model name.. then using the cfg that i placed above it then works. Capt Moore

    no i never got banned.. My log in name is Adammo and my squad name is Capt Moore that is all. There is one last thing to do on the charaters.. I need to figure out how to put dynamic faces on the LAPD guy so that there isn't a ton of COPS all with the same face. This doesnt apply to the HALO and FBI man. But will make a difference with the LAPD. Anyone out there who knows how to do it I need some assistance and how this is done. Thanks, Capt Moore btw I have a HALO buggy.. that someone else has made.. but I am finishing up... I can release the HALO man with the buggy at a diff time (maybe) .. this is something I was thinking about.. If someone wants to make a DROP SHIP for HALO that would be cool too.. I have the shell of the model already finsihed.. it just needs to be completed.

    yes the nam pack 2 is being run on the 101st.org server. If you are interested in trying the nam mission go here first: http://www.101st.org/addons/ This will show and give you links to the addons needed for the server. The mission is fully dynamic, it creates fully developed enemy squads on the fly as the players approach target areas. There is no respawn for either the enemy or the players. The dynamic scripting keeps LAG and server CPU to a minimun which is needed on this type of LARGE SCALE Campaign. Capt Moore btw: thanks again to the SEB unit for their AWESOME addons!
  20. Uh1C medevac and the HOG Version 2 are Now released! OK guys, I took all of your additons and bugs and anyhing else you wanted and added it into the uh1c choppers that I released a few days ago... The Enemy Infantry Machine gunners now attack the choppers.. Along with a HUGE list of changes.. If anyone is interested I can post the changes here.. We have tested these babies and they work great! in fact we couldn't find anyting else to add or change of them.. finally! If anyone would like to mirror these choppers.. pls IM me.. i can email you the addon. or just wait for ofp.gamezone.cz to post them. have fun! Capt Moore

Uping your volume in the chopper will help both :)

    Yes I would also be interested in see it.. We could possivbly take his idea and add it to the already AP mines (models) in the game.. to have them work with the script.
