    Make a UH-1 Huey

The U.S. Millitary wasn't using it during the Gulf. Some of the other Coalition forces were

    Make a UH-1 Huey

By 1985, the UH-1 Huey wasn't used in a major way by the U.S. millitary. However, it was used by many third world armies and by civilians. So make it a resistance/civilian weapon

Add the Japan Zero Fighter and the Hind Die!

If that was an attempt at satire...it failed

    Resistance/Civilian vehicles

Pickups and SUV's are extensivly used. The Afghanistani's use pickups extensivly. They are used in resupply, transport, and even primative weapons platforms. Since the resistance is also portraied as fighting a gurrila war, the use of SUV's and pickups would be fairly extensive. One could mount a PK on the back of a pickup.
  6. Indeed...even during Vietnam US choppers were using the 7.62mm Minigun

    Static Vehicles

Theoretically, one or two of these aircraft are small enough to be flyable

    Static Vehicles

Why not some stationary aircraft? In the story line the Guba would have HAD to be flying in infantry, armor, and supplies in. Boats and helo's don't really fit that role. So: SOVIET: -An-32 CLINE <a href="http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-32.htm Soviet" target="_blank">http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-32.htm Soviet</a> cargo plane. Can carry infantry and small vehicies (UAZ's) -An-12 CUB <a href="http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-12.htm Can" target="_blank">http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-12.htm Can</a> carry vehicles, weapons, and lots of infantry. If one looks at one of the accompying images, one will see a tank being rolled out of its back. -the AN-2 Colt <a href="http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-2.htm Resistance" target="_blank">http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-2.htm Resistance</a> target -The AN-26 Curl <a href="http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-24.htm Yet" target="_blank">http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/row/an-24.htm Yet</a> again...infantry and supplies
