hey no prop...but do ya think its a bit too bland now?I kinda like the traditional tell tale yellow of the t-90...but it stuck out like a sore thumb.

hmmm...config thing...got no idea whatsoever.Which brings me to the question ...is there someone out there that can do a config for a Canadian Leopard 2A6M that I can plug a model into.Got the leopard ready,just need a config to plug it into.Still needs some paint ,but I'll do that today.

I took it upon myself to fix the texture problem for the T-90A,I took off the numbers so It doesn't look so silly with all the T's having the same number running around,I also desaturated it to match the T-90S.Just Depbo the XAM_Veh.pbo ,replace the T-90 folder and repack.Hopefully Snake2000 will catch this fix and maybe update for next version. download: http://files.filefront.com/XAMt90texFixrar/;11662695;/fileinfo.html

T-90A has the bugged texture version...should be one version up (the turret and hull have diffferent hull numbers)Using Version 9's p3d should be ok.

I haven't changed the config snoops...only made model changes and tried to get the material back on the BTR90,but I only got the desert version working with material.So the urban camos aren't "shiny"...but no biggie.

Are you purposing a co-operative effort?...if so, its obvious I'm for it...And I believe we BOTH could have been mistaken for being patronizing...let sleeping dogs...

hmmmm...can't comment there as I didn't do any of the configing in any of the projects....thats gonna have to be done by someone else with that skill.Play balance will have to be monitored and feedback given,and hopefully config'ers will adjust it as needed...whoever they may be

Wrong folder got rar'd,My mistake,it was late and I was workin on this all night.All credit stuff was in previous releases/threads and the project is well known,this was just an update thread to keep the work centralized as its now combining two different projects...both with an OPEN atmosphere. download: http://files.filefront.com/Russian....fo.html As for ike's comment,... first off, I had made reference too wanting to use the shtora system in your thread when I had said I'd like to do the same to mine and you explained how it was done (Your project being based on others contributions from an "open" project),Secondly, it was not me who put your stuff into the "OPEN" project that this is,someone else did, Marjius,and his contribution to the project was important for many reasons and probably in TRIBUTE to your work.Thirdly,your were credited in the previous release and nobody said anything regarding any "Problems" in that release and an effort was made to make it co-exist with your work ie the T-80 paint scheme.Finally ,if you were interested in working as openly as you suggested above,why didn't you come forward when the T-90 pack was released?......or give any hint as to the project you were working on when we released the T-90 mbt package?...Or offer any input as too that project or any interest in co-operation until now??Not to mention that you stated in your own thread that modifiing the tank was allowed.Frankly I got no time for pettiness,which is why the T-72 ERA project stuff was so appealing.Which I will remind you is what YOUR project is based off.AND I'd like to point out, the VERY open nature of ModEmmaiks project is what has enabled  3 btrs 2 T-90s and a T-80 and a t-72 skin pack in less that 3 weeks.By someone that didn't even know how to do it.I will continue in my methods.

Well.I'm still only at th modifiying level in o2,still working on the actual creation aspect.But ya do what you can do. I'd like to get proper skirts for it,proably work on that today. As for the polish release thing...I figure better to give people something and improve on it then have to sit and wait.It maybe a pain to have to seek the updates all the time,but myself I'd rather it that way.Plus ,it allows talented people to offer their skills and input into the projects. BTW,what does everyone think of the "loaded kit" aspect??I'm thinking of adding "stuff" to the other tanks but I'm not sure if its too overdone.Comments??

Ok...heres an update,Added a new tank.T-80UD,loaded down with kit and using a matching paint scheme to either blend with the other t-90 pack or set itself apart from my T-90 set.Since I use both in tandum ,I thought this was a good choice(plus it was already in there from Marijus's shtora update,thanks alot btw,great fun)It looks like its busy in the field and ready to rumble.Thanks to ModEmMaik,Marijus, and Snoops for helping me along with these projects...couldn't have done it without ya. Ok,here the latest dev release on the BTR pack.I couldn't figure out how the damage modeling was done So I'll leave it for someone else or if and when I learn how to do it proper ,I'll update it.Snoops has put the weapon system on them(btr-90) so they really kick ass in a fight.I loaded them down with kit so they also have a weakspot...they're practically blind in the rearend for human players because the "stuff" is in the way.I think its a feature myself to balance the BTR-90 fire power.The BTR-90 has ATGM,ASG-17,CANNON,and MG.It can hold its own in fight if it needs too.Thanks snoops for the fun factor. pics: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v296/Badger343rd/BTRs.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v296/Badger343rd/BTRs2.jpg download: http://files.filefront.com/BTR+80+....fo.html

I had that problem too,for me it was having the T-72 ERA CUSTOM mod installed,it seemed to cancel out the missile abilities on the new T-90 shatora config released above.When I removed it all was good,to find the missiles go to the gunner,scroll action menu and pick ATGM.At this point its a sacrafice for the All camo/custom t-72ERA's ,but I'm sure theres a fix for to come soon.

I dunno about anyone else, but I noticed that this new config conflicts with the custom T-72s,Atleast on my end it does.What happens is the missles on the new T-90 shatora config get removed and the AP rounds as well(only had HEAT),when I removed the t-72custon pbo,I had all featues of the T-90.When trying to load previous missions,it wouldnt loadup(asked for the customs pbos)Also when trying to apply a t-72 custom tank on the map,crash to desktop.looks as if there might be some conflict somewhere so heads up.

Well...its gonna be a matter of experience to finess the model...but I would imagine in time when I get better I'll tweak it some more.I'm now starting to combine 3d studio max skills and o2 together.Can you be more specific as too what part of the ERA needs fixing?I'm also not sure how far you can go with the polycount??I've kept it low or tried to anyway. :)Checkin the new Config now.... EDIT...no AP rounds?? just HEAT??? or is this a bug? and I saw in the first post of the new config that it has ATGM??...but I don't have any? Also I just finished playin with the shotora system on the tanks ...thanks alot, works great,be nice to get the warning working too.Anyway to get missiles?...I lost them when using the replacement config...but I'd perfer to have the shatora so I think I'll use it.What would be really cool is to have both in one,but thats beyond me.Whould it also be possible to have the DSHK changed to the newer MG?And add some more rounds(keep running out trying to engage Air assets,50 just aint enough)I'll look at it myset this evening to see if something I can do.May as well get all the loose ends tied up if I'm goona do another release with the "kit" onboard.Looked damn cool on the btr's.Anyways thanks again

OOOOoooo...cool...I'll check this out ASAP,just got the config from snoops for the BTR-80A/90...its freakin awsome...ags-17,missiles...ap cannon,he cannon...its a blast to play with.I just added a whole bunch of "kit " to them,tents,helmuts,packs etc etc,and they really look as though they're in the field...I'm thinking of adding some of the same things to the tanks.Make 'em looked "lived in".So expect yet another version maybe once I get this btr pack ready. edit..its like christmas here today
