    Any hint about how to finish the very first mission ?

    I only tried once so far, going largely to the south. I prefered not to enter the base through the bridge (may be a bad choice) but my squad was reduce bit by bit from the ongoing fight, first in the few woods then near the southeast corner of the base, being attacked by T-72s, Shilka and lots of men.

    Should I try a rush-get the pow-flee way ? I also noticed that my radio is mentionning 3 save left (what is it for as I can save through the menu?), missile (I thought it was not available for the first mission) and artillery (should I really bomb the camp!!??).

    So far, this mission seems so have a great potential !! It would be so nice to be able to play it in multiplayer.

    Two suggestions:

    - add the ability to cancel a side mission

    - add a respawnable civilian car in each city/village. It's nice to drive instead of going back on foot when you're on your own somewhere (for any reason, like crash, teleport bug..Etc)

    BTW, did anybody suffered from the jeep telport bug ? I entered one at the airport, got a lot of screen flickering and reappeared from a jeep at the other side of the map !!

    That's exactly the situation that made we think "oh, my AT guy is costing me some score!".

    It's really sad you can't save the state of a server.

    I recently purchased the version from 505 Games. I updated to the newest version and tried to play. I can browse online games and get information from the server I am trying to connect to. However, when the game is loading to play, It always crashes to the desktop and tells me the program is no longer responding.

    SPECS:

    VISTA ULTIMATE (32-bit)

    8800GTS 640mb (100.65 drivers)

    4gb PC6400 DDR2

    Athlon 64 X2 5000+

    Realtek 861 8-channel HD sound (on-board)

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    foreverscream, do you have the same problem if you're hosting your own server ?

    Create a LAN game to test it.

    I had the same issue after trying to fix audio bug, crippling everything in updating the nforce driver instead of fixing my bug.

    I can't be 100% sure it's fixed but reinstalling ArmA seems to be the good way to solve my issue.

    After resintalling everything because of ArmA crashes, I was really surprised to see that no server were available from the brand new install.

    I can say that I'm quiet happy to notice it's not a bug from my PC but it's coming from an external source.

    My PC was about to be thrown through the window... whistle.gif
