Great job on mode and handling! But, ARGGHH!! Those birds are not MG atackable!! Ground machinegunners refuse to engage your Huey with their PKs, RPKs or whatever MG they're carrying. Please, fix it in next ver.

Anyone know where to find the Frandsen Jeager addon or other Canadian/Dutch unit addon (apart from The UN Pack)? As I posted before, those great guns just beg for it...

Well, I guess it's true that the Polish patch needs more work than a regular EU/US one, and it's just a first day of release after all. So, we'll just have to wait for some time, but, please, BIS don't make us waiting too long .

Err... what about Polish version of OFP? There was no "US/EU only" in readme, but patch didn't work with Polish 1.75 So, will BIS will release 1.85 PL separatly, or we have to wait for our lazy Polish pulisher CANEGA ?

Good work as usual STT! Godd**m, AI drives pretty fast, even on dirt roads! I was trying to shot one from about 80m with HKGSSG1, it wasn't easy at all.

Anyone tried to simply convert those GR models to p3d like it was done with CS models? I doesn't have to support the MLOD, just to find out how those guys would lool in OFP?

Heh, compare Mechanics first car Ford Bronco with Vaz or my favourite Volvo 740, grat progress indeed. Anyway, Machanic's choice was to make civ cars. It's his right to do so. I prefer Mechanic making his cars than Mechanic not making anything. Our right is to download it and have fun with it or point the faults of the addon, not complaining that addon was released.

I found an AN-94 Abkan addon at OFP.CZ. Abkan is new russian assault rifle that suposed to replace an AK74 in Russian Army. However in real life the weapon occured to be 'not as good as Russian generals say'. Simply the only good thing bout this wepaon is that, it fires a 2-round burst which has recoil of single shot (well more or less ). OK, but the weapon from the addon fires a regular 3-round burst!!! Hope the authors of the addon will consider this in next release!

I would disagree with zloy. Apart from this 1800 rpm 2-round burst. this weapon doesn't bring any significant improvements compared to AK74. Moreover in many ways it's simply much worse. The cost is just the one of many drawbacks. The weapon is not "an idiot-resistat", which means that its construction is a way to complex. There many small parts tat simply can be put into wrong place so a rifle won't fire. Also becouse of that you can forget about the fameus AK series reliability. AN-94 was supposed to replace the AK74 in mass service, not only in Spatznaz. However i don't think it will happen soon, or if ever at all.

Well, indeed my previous might looked bit offensive,i'm very sorry for this. I really do appreciate your hard work. However, those C7 guns just beg for Canadian or Netherland units. So what what about this Frandsens' Jaeger, any links? Heh, addon altering (for personal use of course) is my hobby

Talking about realism, huh? Well, a C7 rifle in hands of a US infantryman isn't that realistic, or is it? Do you plan to do something with that in the next release?

Unfortunately orginal addon features only a civilian unit, so here's the little thingie I made. This tiny addon adds US soldiers (an officer,a soldier,a black op and a sniper) that carry M1911A1 pistol, to unit menu in the editor. Orginal Taiwan Workshop M1911A1 Addon REQUIRED! Anyway, great addon (the pistol, not my packed cpp )!! This baby had been used by the US Army as a standard sidearm for over 70 years until it was replaced ny Beretta in early 90-ties!

I like the version 1.1 very much! IMHO the best SAWs around at the moment! But yes the scopes, I agree with Aculaud that it should be a reallife one, but on the otherhand i have no idea what they put on those SAWs in US (Canadians use ELCAN Scope, but this is USMG pack after all).

Since UCE has "retired" from the addon makin, his superb Russin Federation units are left "OFP:R semi compatibile". Are there any plans among his successors to upgrade those addons (replace old p3d with new ones and do the texture swaping thing) so they could support new resistance features such as hanguns, and then release the addons to public? I know that one may say: do it yourself, but this is not about minor changes in cpp, for some people (me) p3d decrypting, and texture swaping is a nightmare...

Well, nothig exept that I run OFP ver. 1.46 Conclusion: Apart from MotorBikes, Handguns and Hi-res Textures, it's just the matter of few lines in cpp file! Don't forget about this!
