  1. I play arma2 combined operations with very high settings and still i have low textures is this normal?

    Or do i need to install some mods to get higher soldier textures?

    If you dont have buy the DLC "BAF", these low Textures are normal.

    These low Textures of BAF and PCM are included in the Patch.

    IF you buy BAF or PCM you will have high Textures

    Now I ask you simply again :-)

    If you add more variaties of SAS Units, perhaps you kann add some Units with this Hats as shown in this Pictures

    Goos units are BIS models, therefore he cannot edit them. He would have to retexture some other BIS models to be the patrol units. If I was to make a suggestion, a mix of the German KSK and the Czech SF units would do, rextextured as SAS.

    I would be interested what Goos has to say about these Ideas and Suggestions ? !!

Unfortunatly not it would have saved me a lot of greif but the BAF DLC pbo's can't be unpacked by the tools available obviously because then the BAF lite version could be altered to become the full version for no cost and BIS rightly don't want that. Personally I think the BIS MTP looks wrong anyway I've studied the MTP camo in great detail from reference images and to be honest I think mine looks more accurate. Don't get me wrong mine aint technically acurate either not by a long shot but the pattern is too complicated to reproduce easily and I did cut some corners. Basically doing something technically accurate from the resources available would have taken WAY too long.

    I liked your first SAS Addon, but this Addon.. I will love !!!:D:D:D

    When do you think ,you can relaise them ? :cool:

  4. I've just downloaded the patch. But there is one thing that confuses me a little.

    The old patch (1.00 -> 1.08) is 323MB and the new patch (1.00 -> 1.09) is only 276MB. It is always nice to have smaller files but shouldn't the file be bigger unless they deleted some content?

  5. I think Gunter is getting to the point!

    Only the Nations (armies) should be visible, which are "desirable".

    That does not mean the other Armies are gone.

    Each could determine his desired configeration in the Editor.

    The question is:

    Is it possible to add This in the Game or not ?

    This can only answer the Developers I think !

    dear Community.

    Statement :

    Since Operation Arrowhead we have a Tool (Extensions) , so we can select Mods and Addons that we want to have in our beloved Game.

    Unfortunately some Mods and Addons bring additional fractions which I / we do not need or want.

    As an example I would like to mention two Addons from the RHS - Group

    ( Dont get me wrong guys. Your addons are marginal class )

    For Example :The BTR 70 and the BDM1 & 2 Addons bring me unwanted Factions in the Editor. (Molatia, Iraq, army, Ukraine)

    But I would like only the Russian Group

    Now to my Idea :

    Would it be possible to program a Tool that allows us to choose which Groups are displayed in the Editor?

    Similar how we do it already with the Mods and Addons?

    This would finally bring the required Order to the Editor !

    What do you think?

    What do the Developers say ? Is it possible or not ?

    I Hope that the "Addon-Maker" Build the Faction U.S. Navy (USN) in the Editor

    We need order in the editor!

    Chaos reigns at the many addons !

    All the length and breadth !

    As yet no one looks through !
