wrptool and wrpedit are 2 different programs it been i while since ive used the program so i cant remeber exactly off the top of my head but wrptool comes with a pretty exstensive manual which will help you set it up right wrptool site dont set the path to the sebnam_obj foldermake a folder like "ofpedit" and put unpacked pbo folders in that and set the texture and object paths to the ofpedit folder -

you need to unpack sebnam_obj.pbo aswell -

you cant edit maps with visitor you can only make them from scratch you need to get wrptool..i dont have a link for it handy, do a search and it should come up -

that test is bonkers if you ask me i got this Last Result: Download Speed: 1325 kbps (165.6 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 354 kbps (44.3 KB/sec transfer rate) which is utter lies and had to run the test a few times to even get a result, first time it timed out halfway thru,second time didn't even start

strange i'm making a mission at the minute and i've got guys on triggers near MG's with sandbag walls around that when alerted run upto the sandbag walls and get set in crouch anim and they spray their guns like crazy mother f**kers..i'm using jam HD guys on full skill try those they go mental.. also using ecp -

bummer maybe for the camera use Xcam. one of the zeus guys has put that into a cti and its great.. only trouble i had with the camera was it would get stuck on 1 group until i spammed the up button enough then it would change hope the command system issue isn't too hard to fix cos i was hoping to play some 1 on 1 against my mate.at least for the minute it can still be played with all human squad leaders as the command system is needed then. let me know if you need any MP testing done on a dedi server -

nice we use pukf stuff on our server so i'll get that on there an get the lads to play it the good thing with wgl(and also finmod)for this type of thing in MP is they both have deployable tow launchers or other such weapons which the player can move around and position.which evens the odds and makes for an even more tactical game god knows... i like the sound of smoke barrages.. would be very useful and also add a lot to the atmosphere. an idea could possibly be to add a feature for the defending teams CO to build a couple or 3 different types of defensive structures MG bunker,sandbag walls etc. @jinef if saturday is anything to go by there will be too many people to play it ...might have to open it and open up a rifleman slot in each section -

excellent mission..especially being able to play as a single player aswell i'm up for as many addon variations you can throw at us i'd also like to see this on a slightly larger scale with armour and maybe mortar support i dont know how hard it would be to implement but maybe a choice of different locations would be a good idea for a future version ? -
look for a tutorial about making textures with alpha channels

best ones gotta be that mission we restarted 7 times after buggering up the parachute jump at the start ..in one of the jumps i parachuted thru the ground and ended up floating in space on fire

i thought we were safe in our little house at the start.. but no one of them had to walk right p to the window look in and shoot me in the ear while a was saluting had to sit and watch for about 50 minutes for next game but it was fun watching the mission ..well most of it by the end i was wishing horrible deaths on you all

its probably worth pointing out that if the sky has problems with the weather transitions you will get the wrong fog colour for example if your sky going from cloudy to sunny willl show grey fog at the bottom of blue sky heres a good way to get rid of the lines where the textures tile in photoshop open your texture and go to filter select other then offset...offset horizontal by half the size of your texture size. the edges of your texture will now appear down the center of your image as a nasty line. now use clone stamp and/or blend tools (with a not so hard brush and a little oppacity) to blend the line till you cant see it. when your done just offset again to set your texture back to how it was and you should have a nice tiling texture that wont show up lines on your sky

it can be done cos i managed to get the textures from my pack converted without any compression flaws in the textures..i just haven't released it because in doing so i managed to get our old friend mr weather transition bug
