    Hi, i've player for like four hours and didn't had any disconnection issue, i had a small freeze of about 1'5secs without any screen message and that was all; but i'll have to keep trying more time to see if i have or not BattlEye issues. Let's C ya P.S: The other day i was playing and saw how the BattlEye banned a man: 'Player whatever banned by BattlEye for: Game Hack #1'. Or something like that; i'd smiled and wished all the worst to him.

    Weapons's sway question

    Hi, wrong, that ability is there; but you can't use it at it's full extension as you'll spect. The weapons sway is a problem and the breath control aiming the down the sights when you're on free looking don't works. Are two different things but booth a bug. Let's C ya

    FPS opinion

    Hi, yeah man, i'd paid for something and what i'd get was F-Snake Oil, of course that im angry with BIS; i'd keept many people happy and playing to the ArmA wiz my custom faces even when they complained more than i, about the game; and this is what i'd get in return of my 20 bucks: über-crap. The ArmA2 & OA are so stupidly made that you can't even make the custom faces work properly in game, the damn characters glow in the darkness as the damn medic on the ArmA's Queen's Gambit; what they were doing instead working on the game!? drink? go out wiz hookers? hookers and heroin...!? because is the only explain that i see to so much lazyness and few care on their products. It's as if you go to buy a car but they sell you a car with various hits, no lights, a door of other colour... rust on the lower and a trunk door that don't closes. The amount of bugs and their obviety and magnitude is only propper of a bunch of irresponsibles, that's MHO omiting all the swearing that i'll add to explain this. Let's C ya

    Weapons's sway question

    Hi, if spot NMEs at less than 100m when im going (walking aiming down the sights) i'll like to shoot at 'em with accuracy as i was trained to do in the spanish Marine Infantry. It's not hard if you control your breath, walk in straight line and with short (but fast enough) steps; i've seen junkies (in my company) doing it well, some even really well; and that's what BIS didn't on the ArmA that didn't fixed on the ArmA2 and neither on the OA/CO, are exactly the same unrealistic and bad animations than in the ArmA. Just take a pistol on the game and walk aiming down the sights... you'll see a huge sway that's just wrong. This don't gonna be fixed, or at least i don't spect BIS to fix it for many reasons, this huge bug encourages people to move slowly and recover the breath before shoot and always, always shoot wizout move. With this crazy weapons sway that we've... you can miss a standing target that be at more than 3m from you; do you think that that's right..!? i can tell you (and tell to BIS) that it's completly wrong without fear to be wrong. Everyone that ever has been trained to use assault rifles know that the weapons sway on this game is wrong, even BIS know it... but they don't want to fix it. We're Mahoma vs The Mountain. ---------- Post added at 04:19 AM ---------- Previous post was at 04:14 AM ---------- Wrong, you can't fix it adjusting the dead zone; because is the animation where the problem is and don't have any relation wiz the dead zone. The dead zone can do it worst, but can't fix it. One thing about the dead zone or "free floating zone..." if you aim down the sights and hit: Free Look. To enjoy the benefits of turn your upper boddy but non the lower... you can't hold your breath as that bring you back to the 1St person view and don't holds the breath. So there's another bug for BIS to fix, if they want... . Let's C ya
  8. Hi, the stance do affect the range, it's most noticeable when prone; also the nades IRL should go further, the max range is 400m for the H&K79A, the GL under the H&K 33 or the CETME L. But the grenades are the same ones i think. Let's C ya

    Weapons's sway question

    Hi, weapon sway means to me: weapon sway. And recoil means to me: Recoil. The recoil is not bad but the weapon sway while you walk aiming down the sights is completly over done; it only serves for encourage you (the player) to stop before shoot, that's all. Is not realistic, non any trained soldier will have that huge sway unless the machine gunners and im talking about MG3 and M240 like machineguns, not a M249 or things of that size. Bu the weapons is something that don't gonna change. Let's C ya

    FPS opinion

    Hi, when i'd installed the OA to make the CO, it gave me between 4 to 11fps in one of the campaign missions, while in the ArmA2 during the campaign, in that mission where you're on Electrowhatever (the bigger city) i'd get between 22 to 28fps. That's why i'd uninstalled the OA and bever gonna install it again, aside of all the stupid things that came with the OA. Let's C ya

Hi, i don't remember if i said it before but, there problems with the muzzle flash of some weapons. - M16A4 series, the muzzle flash is the same one than the AK series instead the same than the M4 series. - All the AKs wiz AK-74 muzzle breakers use the muzzle flash of the AKS-U/AKM series instead use their own (side flashes instead the circle one). Earl & Suchey did it great back in the OFP times with their USMC 1.0 Addon, also with the AK-74 like weapons and their muzzle flashes. Let's C ya

    Hi, yeah!, we (spanish) never gonna leave the Euro and neither the other countrys that you've mentioned; because quit will put us into a worst situation "de facto" in macroeconomic therms. About Lybia and bomb the oposition... well... is quite extreme, but not new; if someone remember the 93' in Timor... their dictator killed 94 opositiors that went to the funeral of 14 of the deads of the past day, also gunned down by the police; no one gave a dime for any of those deads until they'd killed in that same cementery 3 french reporters, 1 camera man, 1 photograper and a translator. Then they "seriously condemned the action" and that was all. The petrol kept flowing and the western media leaven the place as they understood that this time their white face wouldn't save their ass on that land. Case closed. I think that with Lybia gonna be more of the same more or less, what worries me the most is that no one (at least on the mass media) is discussing how shudently riots happens in 7 different countrys, can't be a casual fact; rise the oil prices favour our oil companys, the countrys that produce the oil or people asociated with the oil production, and the right wing/faszists. Press the western citizen is good for their interests, when you make the things harder for the middle and lower classes and put more and more pressure on 'em they act as a single person under pressure... they loose the nerves and explode. This legitimates the hardening on the police actions, also legitimates the hardening of the laws... = more control of the population and impantation of the laws that you'll really like to apply, and no one will be surprised because the things on the street has become bad. Even the opositors or the people suffering the struggle will see normal the hardening of the laws and police actions, and everyone; politics, cops, opositors and even the military will react in the same way, with a scalation of the actions of every part involved and everything will look "normal", "logic" and even "legitime". This shit only goes in favour of the same ones... the richs gets richer and the working citizen gets poorer. The richs and powerfull gain control and power and the poors loose rights and freedom. Back to Lybia... who there can replace Gadafi and bring "the democracy" to the country? do you know the name of someone...? the past of someone...? it could end like in Iraq or A-Stan, no one that can replace the tyrant other than armed fundamentalist dumb as a rock with a mentality of the middle age that may not want to impose only on their people, also on you (we, us europeans); a simple fact, roughly the 90-94% of women older than 40yo in Egypt have been ablated, in the 2007 they'd unlawed it on the congress with the formal protest of the Mushlim Brothers Brotherhood.     Hi, @MCarma the videos that you've seen were probably recorded using the ACE2 mod, AFAIK it's the only mod that disables the unrealistic, annoying and bad weapon sway that we've when we walk standing aiming down the sights. I think that that's the reason behind it. Let's C ya

Hi, i've voted No because ain't like steam, it's full of advertisement, it stores the game where it wants and not where i want, it runs behind the game that i want to run, it haves problems with game's configurations as for example keyboard issues; i only have a single game on Steam, but the people that i know that have Steam have told me about alot of issues with the Steam games that they've aside of other problems... . As Günter has said... i've bought in CD or DVD all my BIS products and never had an installation problem too and don't gonna buy any BIS product on Steam, now or ever. I go with the retail copy or not go. Let's C ya

Hi, the only problem that the WIP thread haves is that you can't follow the progress of certain addons as it's a +500 pages thread, so everything that you show up there gets loose as soon as a candy with drugs on the door of a high-school; aside of "that 'lil problem..." the WIP thread is great. I think that start a WIP thread with each project's name will be better, or at least that what i would had made. Let's C ya
  19. Hi, two more bugs. - The Standing Death: After kill that Spetznat, he remained in the same possition that i'd killed him; this was in MP. LAV-25III HQ Gunner Anims: The hands are not connected to the M240D and it "free floats" when you're manning it, most of the time obstructing your view; the same happens on the UH-1Y & MH-60.

    Hi, i've found a couple more of places where the AIs seem to have small problems when going on vehicles, haven't ry with 'em on foot. - Here: There the AIs on standard behaviour (aware, i guess) swap from the road segment marked in red to take the one at 3128 when ever they're ordered to trip to a crossroad on the SE side, booth in wheeled as in tracked vehicles. A minor thing that could be fixed by adjusting the waypoints i guess instead open the map and clicking on the map to order the destiny. - Here Too: There (clicking on the map) the AIs on wheeled as in tracked vehicles leave the segment marked in red to go straight to the road piece below it; but they don't do it with accurate waypoints and setting their behaviour to Safe. I've also found another rock that the AIs collide with, but only on (small) wheeled vehicles; this don't happens with wheeled APCs/IFVs as the LAV-25s or the BTR-90s. Neither happens with tracked vehicles (M1A1 & T-90). They collide with that rock to go up the road as going down. Let's C ya
  22. Hi, another bug, this time... a weapon!: - M16A2+M203. The M16A2+M203 is not colimated right, the bullets hit above the tip of the aim point, this is not a problem if you shoot at less than 100m, but if you shoot beyond the 100m... then it's a real problem because you've to guess where's the impact point as the weapon is not well colimated; in fact... the problem could be that the M16A2 aim point is shorter than on the M16A2 or on the M16A4+M203, also shorter than on the M4 and M4A1 models.     Hi, the v1.0 of the M14s Pack works with the ArmA2 without any error message so i don't need to touch anything on 'em; but that's something that i could/wouldn't do because: A) I don't have any ArmA2 tool. B) I will need your permision 1St. C) If it's a config... sure that i screw it up. So good news for me and the rest of the ArmA2 (only) players, the only downside is that we can't enter in servers that have the updated (AO/CO) only version. Let's C ya

Hi, what i did on the ArmA and served me for the ArmA2 too, was to practice alot (with the M16A4 ACOG + M203), placing objects (like wrecked cars) on the edges of an editor's square and one in the middle; once i was able of land the nades on the center of the car wreck... i'd switched to targets (the red ones) and finally... with NMEs with this line one the INIT box: 'this setbehaviour careless'. After that i'd began to practice on moving targets at the same ranges (from left to right) and now i can do it well enough with the M16A4 ACOG+M203, but... im unable to score anything with a M4A1 ACOG+M203. Was dissapointing to fail with all the M4s on my ArmA's weapons pack. Let's C ya
