Not sure where to post this but I have started making missions using the WW4 mod. It's nothing big just a small search and destroy mission designed to be done rather quickly. It also takes place on the new Texel island as well. The file includes this island. Hey Sanc I love the mod but I also love the 3rd person of GRAA. Anyway I can add that 3rd person view?

Great island and despite what Faguss thinks we appreciate the effort. Great map and I am currently working on a mission on it now. The island has a great contrast in how it goes from Seaside island resort area to desert like oasis stretches that will be great for awesome tank battles. Again great job.

I am not sure if this has been posted before but Xfire refuses to fix the problem with not showing people playing OFP. So I edited it myself and fixed the location and name of the EXE. Speaking of an assortment of fruits, I was talking about graphics fidelity, not whatever you're trying to talk about here. Graphically ArmA isnt the e all end all as well. So again not sure why your comparing the 2

Yeah man and it's also free and only like 7 million players registered play it. who would want to play that cowcod? I wasn't saying it was a bad game. Â I was just surprised that it looks worse than ArmA 2 given the smaller scale, that's all. Â I used to play it up until the version where they introduced special forces and rpgs. Â It's a great game. Â Those shots way back whenever I made that comment looked surprisingly low definition, though. Â I was expecting more fine detail and a more robust renderer. I don't wanna bash but you are attempting to compare apples with oranges. It's not even fair trying to compare the 2. AA is more polished runs better and is more popular.

Yeah i gotta do a new post I was in a hurry awhile ago and writing to a reply in another part of the forums and didn't really express myself well. I played a mission made for it called "Steal The Ural" and instant loved the skins and weapon and the aimpoint. The crouching,prone and stand up animations seem alot better and realistic (they were changed i assume?)The AI are monstrous as they see you from a lot further distance. Great job again and i am already trying to build a mission base. Long live OFP

If you're incapable of making a point without offensive trolling then your capability to post on this forum won't last much longer, you're entitled to your opinion, you're not entitled to be offensive and abusive. abusive for what? because im digusted by what people are saying? maybe the choice of words and if thats the case fine I apologize but dont try and tell me how i should feel. I know it's about saying what the true sequel is but you know BI had their chance with ArmA LONG before Cm decided to make a OFP. If they would have made a decent product we wouldn't be having this discussion. ArmA is a crappy second rate game and BI have only themselves to blame. The crown was theirs to wear. Crying foul now is like an NFL moving their team to another city and renaming it and the previous city decides to make a new team with the same name (Browns fans will love that one lol) and the team that moved on starts crying THEY are the real deal. I'm sorry I feel no sympathy for Bohemia. ArmA 1 is the moneymaker for ArmA 2. 2's the game we should be looking out for, BIS have not messed their chance up at all. So what your telling me is Bohemia released a worthless POS JUST so they could make some money and ALL of you find that OK? Wow that burns my ass and makes me think you all really need a reality check. If anyone else did that you all woulda ripped em apart. I won't be buying anymore bohemia products i see in the future.
