When I set my PP to High or Very High and restart the game it changes to Low. Halp.

I set it to Very High, restart game, setting still at Very High but no distance blur or DOF. -

I like how you guys are suggesting the OP turn the difficulty setting to the lowest so there are RED and GREEN blobs even though the OP said they were colour blind (red-green colour blindness is the most common).

Being economically far-right means zero regulation and letting corporations do whatever they want. Being far-left means direct control and nationalisation. In order to rebuild germany's economy instead of money representing gold reserves like most nations (of which germany had none), Hitler changed it so it represented land. what are you home schooled in texas or something? socially far-right, economically far-left. -
Saw the new pic of the house with internal lights. It would be good if explosions nearby caused the lights to flicker. Presuming its lit with emissive textures you'd only need to do a texture swap when an explosions occurs inside a set distance from the house. Have ti swap randomly a few times before going back to the original textures. Seeing the environment react to your actions improves the immersions. Also, someone had this idea: again randomise it and set the threshold high so not every house is spitting out civis, but it's a great idea. The best Arma mission there was was the Queen's Gambit one where you have to eliminate spec forces in a town full of civilians.

Not me. Destroying substations to take out power is stupid for this game. All I want is a simple texture swap and if I can write the code for it for Half Life 2 in a day I'm sure BIS can manage with their own engine. its overhead would be very little, no noticable change in framerate. -

because that stuff has been set in stone for months now. It's the core gameplay, if they didn't chnage it at the start of development then they're not going to change it full stop. at least little additions like what we suggested have a feasible chance of being included. -

you realise Red Faction 3, an large open-world non-linear game has already achieved this? it's not some fantasy, it's perfectly possible with today's tech.

is there anyway to improve the quality of the 4th video that only shows the Osprey and F35? for a few seconds it shows the full list of aircraft in the editor menu. I saw C-130 there but I can't make out anything else.
