Honestly with no offense towards VME team, and regardless of the fact that they're still "Theorically" communist I'm quite sure that the risk is very minor because we are the men behind the "FFUR Asian Crisis" pack, we have decided to choose japanese as enemy for chinese in the goal to simulate an Asian Crisis, not the VME mod,though, honestly it would be a big shame that the chinese governement would act against'em for these reasons, if I'd notice that the threat would become more serious... then I'll take all FFUR Asian Crisis pack out of FFUR and will request that its mirrors will be taken out as well. Definately, I still have no idea about the "real" reasons that force the chinese governement to act in a such way, in spite of relationships with Japan which currently are so far good. We have already posted in our website the list of changes and enhancements, but due to the fact that our bandwidth has been exceeded, we've lost a part of our data but we'll fix this problem within the next few days. Btw, the soviet units used in the FFUR 1985 are a combo of a bunch of Addons done by several mods (RHS p3d, ORCS textures & OFPCAT re-texturing work). Already reported and all bugs have been reported more than once, please check the 34th page which shows the list of envisaged enhancements and improvements. Well, we'll release the patchs & The full pack which will include the changes made as well. These patchs will address a number of issues that were reported in the previous packs + a bunch of new additions (Spetznatz Shilka, Luna...etc) Best Regards Thunderbird84

Hi, I know how big is the VME team, but I'm sure that things would be a lot better if they'd discuss a bit more about kind of subjects in the goal to avoid such situations in the future! ... Honestly I think it'd be better that you use "Ninja addon" swimming script, it works very well and the animations are awesome! But if you can do better then go ahead and make yours. Regards Thunderbird84

Yeah we expect to make a .torrent version of the incoming Huge FFUR pack which will contain all fixed packs. Btw I noticed that the FDF mod & the ROC mod have done shortcuts without the use of any target line, they created their own "executable" files, I'd like to do the same for FFUR mods,though, I've already tried with fwatch but without result unfortunately... Hi, If you mean the fact that we expect to use one of your addons I have to say that you don't have to worry because I was expecting to request your permission as usual. Islands AI problem, but we'll check the updated versions to make sure that they fixed it. Btw, I would like to inform you that we will finally keep the FFUR Asian Crisis pack for several reasons, mainly a bunch of reasons out of our control and out of our responsibility... Bad News Well I'm sorry to have to announce this sad news but we are being forced to take the Asian crisis pack out of FFUR, and take down the links for it from all ofp websites which have hosted it. It seems that the VME mod is encountering some problems with their Chinese governement due to the fact that they allowed us the use of their addons for "a political context"... Honestly I thought they first requested that we only stop using "VME" stuff in "FFUR" but it seems that they're still having problems... ...Btw I'm still surprised about the fact that ofp.cz...etc are surveyed by chinese... I'm really sad cuz tons of hours from my life have been spent on this project and the same goes for the rest of FFUR team's members but unfortunately we have to deal with that... -> There's no doubt about it, it's the AH-1 <span style='color:red'>F</span> variant which has been used before the end of its service in the US Army. But I'll keep the "W" version for the FFUR 2005 due to the fact it's still used by the US Marines (btw I'll modifie it a bit in the goal to giv't an US army touch), even if it isn't realistic. I'll check BOH AH-1 as suggested,though. (for 85 packs) Regards TB84

If you'd like to change the crosshairs, make yours by following some rules (128x128, Alpha channel...etc). convert'em' to .paa and put'em' in a folder, pbo it. now check your config.cpp, and search for the following lines : replace the "xxxx" by your cursors'paths then everything would work perfectly. ps : don't forget to convert the config to .bin Regards TB84

You can install any of the sky packs you want, follow the instructions then everything would work perfectly. If you wish to install INQ NVG instead of BIS one, download the following file, NVG and extract all its files to your "newdta" folder then follow the instructions to install the sky pack. Unfortunately for some real lifes reasons, I won't be able to continue FFUR cuz I'll have to join a governmental organisation within the next few months, currently we're focusing on the patchs we're making. Why should we spend our time by re-working or working on new scripts instead of using ECP smooth ones? We kept some "ammunitions values", (especially infantry weapons) in the goal to avoid breaking some of BIS missions, but we'll improve 'em' more in the incoming patchs. Added.
