Honestly I spent more time by re-texturing the previous US soldiers and I prefer them too, but several militaries suggested a few weeks ago to change a couple things on that BDU camo. Regards TB84

Hi all, No, The resistance side isn't supposed to be a "regular military section"... but it's represented by a bunch of brave guys who decided to defend their country at all costs. In the Asian case, the Guerilla's represented by a mixture of people coming from Europe 'grandsons of the colonists' and from Asia , (a bit like in South-Africa),though. (If you check FFUR Asian Crisis Resistance guys names out carefully, then you might notice that they have names coming from Europe & Asia). Plus if China would invade Taiwan (ROC-> Republic of China) then the international community might punish China, (threat of economic sanctions or even more!... unless if PLA would leave Taiwan)... The japanese army can't attack the chinese one because it is a defense army and it has been trained especially to counter external enemy threats,though. Currently there are only ~30 faces that might be used with Llauma heads, this means that perhaps we'd incorporate these heads only to US soldiers and not to the rest of soldiers. Regards TB84

There's still no "online" config, Bobcatt used FFUR default config,though. (the SP one). And the server we'll use in order to test our upcoming "multi config" s belongs to —=R.I.P.=—™ (Big thanks to him) Btw, I spent some hours to re-texture Hyk/CBT crew. Great! I wasn't expecting it would work that good online. Btw I know about choppers craters and we expect to fix it in the incoming envisaged patchs. I'll check that "dead thing still able to fight" out as well... this might be due to the blood effect,though. In any way, we'll make a special "multi config" that we'll test very carefully with the help of some people who accepted to use their dedicated servers for this purpose. Regards Thunderbird84

We'd try to keep the current balance between gameplay and realism, that's why I implemented only WGL Infantry firearms values and not Tanks ammunitions ones.;) WGL MBT values are too high and might break a couple of BIS missions and the same would happen if we'd use their choppers values as well. We'll keep the use of Sigma values for MBT and ours for choppers. In any way, we'll make sure after a bunch of tests that we'll reach the wanted result. Best Regards Thunderbird84

Some people requested a few days ago that we enhance the weapons values, I'm glad to announce you that we improved all Infantry weapons by making'em' very realistic. (Huge thanks to the WGL mod,though.) New Machine guns tracers we incorporated now are useful, I increased a bit more their brightness and implemented another part of Grendel's script which adds a nice bouncing & realistic effect at impacts. The same goes for Main Battle Tanks machine guns. US -> (M2 .50 / Coax) Ru -> (NSV / PKT). Once again,stay tuned;) I hope that both russian mods (Sptznatz & OWP) will release ASAP their so awaited packs. Best Regards Thunderbird84

You must keep your BIS "official" addons, don't delete them! What's the target line of your shortcut? It must be ffur2005 instead of FFUR2005. Have you checked the System requirements to run FFUR & The sky pack? Have you tried using the archive version? because perhaps your installer is corrupted! If not then go to the first page. When the situation will be under control then we should think about "HOW" would we deal with these people in order to HELP them and not to take them out! So to understand riots, one must understand the causes of social rage, usually said to be racism, poverty, lack of economic opportunity, and why people who experience this rage manage it in such a destructive manner. The usual suspects include breakdown of the family, television, and a generalized cultural disorientation. France has to learn from its bordering neighbours and should be inspired by some of their social methods even if some of them totally go against the french mentality. But one must make sacrifices and concessions in order to make advance things in the right way. you have to know that once it gets started, rioting is difficult to stop by authorities. we have to do our best with the goal to avoid such situations in the future. Killing lag is our main objective and we will do our best to avoid increasing it when we'll implement new scripts, we'll make sure to maintain the current framerate's level, or maybe even decrease it. (Because incorporating and regrouping all addons in a few folders does reduce the loading time). Best Regards Thunderbird84

There are too many soviet ground vehicles that have been already released, what about some interesting and still missing stuff for OFP? Something like Soviet Armed Patrol boats for Border Guards use. (which can carry men too). Perhaps : Prometey class harbor or Yelva class diving tenders, the Yevgenya class patrol seems interesting as well. Maybe an authentic soviet parachute of the era 85 would be quite interesting. or what about some new typical soviet tents of the era 85? Do as you wish though... & Good luck! current weapon's class :wip_m1911Base current magazine's class :wip_m1911mag Great ideas and nice suggestions but you have to know that due to the fact that ofp's engine's limited, Improving the AI via the cpp is very limited as well, it needs scripting and AI scripting usually means "Lag" unfortunately, especially when there are a lot of units closely regrouped in a small area, and as you know we do our best to avoid the use of scripts which might be sources of lag. But the VME mod could be interested, their script maker is mainly focused on that,though. Btw, we incorporated NIMOD clouds in FFUR, you can see them when you fly quite high (only if you're pilots), they really make OFP immersive. Best Regards Thunderbird84
