We try to filter all scripts to withdraw all useless ones in order to avoid to overload the units that use'em. Only important and visual scripts such 'explosions, tracers, smoke...' are kept. There are 8 sorts of civilians. (BIS & Extra ones), if BIS mission uses the same civilian model 2 or 3 times you'll still see the same model 3 times as well, plus Farmers fit quite well with 'Northern Islands' environement. 3/4 of countries have been reported, the last one has the best represented naval units in OFP. The FFUR X-mas surprise is nearing completion, (90%) and the addons selection we did isn't bad at all, I made sure to implement some prestigious units, though... Btw, 'Pierre from Belgium' (FFUR Movie Maker) did again an Outstanding Movie showing all FFUR mods, Frankly it's thus far my favorite movie and it's one of the best movies I've ever seen, not especially because it uses FFUR but because of its impressive technical quality. Please don't take me wrong, I didn't say we will 'simulate' the 'Serbian war', I just said that 3 countries which have been involved in this conflict would be represented in FFUR as BLUEFOR, for more precisions, they've taken part in Afghanistan peacekeeping missions as well and one of these european nations is currently present in Iraq. Indeed, this theme has been inspired on the serbian conflict, 3 countries involved in that crisis (During combats against Milosevic armed forces, and peacekeeping missions) have been represented in this FFUR European Crisis as BLUEFOR. Yup, this time all packs would be regrouped in one but not sure if all of them would be released the 24th december, because we still have some stuff to do on'em, but there would be the Christmas envisaged surprise (at least for sure) ,though. This feature has already been done and I implemented it a few days ago, i did it random in order to avoid lag issues when there would be too much of destroyed tanks in saturated areas. Such problems won't occur anymore with the incoming FFUR 6.0 packs because all addons have been regrouped in kind of 'ffur_...' folders in order to allow the use of 'extra addons ' with FFUR. hehe...:P Best Regards Thunderbird84

At first, I'd like to inform you that 'Tovarish' kindly made a small tool that will allow you to launch FFUR shortcuts, and it works on all XP & 2000 systems watch it carefully...there's another included news as well. and a few shots of the new replacements... I retextured BIS Ch-47D in order to make it closer to the authentic one and enhanced the 'Dynamic reflection effect as well. ...New Jet fighter pilot (grey suit). Sorry for digging up this oldy topic, 'got the .bat to launch ffur, It works very well but please don't you know any freeware tool that converts .bat to .exe, all those I found were 'shareware', they work but they make appear a crap publicity when the .exe is launched.
