Hi Solus, I've solved all the problems in the end. Before I was completely frustrated with the errors,I remembered in a sudden that I had replaced data and data3d in Res\Dta\Hwtl with ECL Eye_Candy MOD.Well,maybe that was...So I found out the original Res\Dta\Hwtl and put it back in Res filefolder, and then ran the .bat in @SLX again.Waoo!Everything went well and no error occurred!It's really an awesome MOD! Im really shamed that I brought troubles to myself

hi, Solus. Thx for your advise. I found some interesting things: 1, if I run the Install_win2k_XP.bat which will create a HWTL filefolder in @SLX\DTA with data3d.pbo and data.pbo in it,then when I run the game it says "picture ofplogo1.paa not found" and kick me out. 2, if I run the NO_HWTL_Install_win2k_XP.bat which will create data3d and data.pbo directly in @SLX\DTA,I can get in the GUI with a "cannot open object data3d\optika_ak74.p3d" 3, to solve the 1st problem,I found ofplogo1.paa in Res\Dta\data.pbo with ofplogo2 and logo3.I copy them three in @SLX\NewData and run Install_win2k_XP.bat again,after I run the quickshoot of OFP,the screen became dark with a buzz and then fluttered with colourful stripes.A window appeared saying "OFP encountered some errors so it must be closed" before I was ready to flee out my room.I shut the window and then was back to the desktop.;) 4, then I run the two .bat both and delete the data.pbo in @SLX\DTA\hwtl,the game runs quite well.But the muzzle textures disappeared and some other trifling texture problems ccourred. Then I got the conclusion: data.pbo in @SLX\DTA\hwtl, .paa error; data3d.pbo in @SLX\DTA,optika error; data.pbo both in @SLX\DTA and @SLX\DTA\hwtl without data.pbo in @SLX\DTA\hwtl, texture error.The first two are fatal. I've a problem! cannot open object data3d\optika_ak74.p3d That really frustrated me. Maybe somebody has encountered the same problem with me and posted it as replies,but i have no paitience to scan all the replies from the begaining to the end.So will somebody lend your hands again? Thx

yeh,Im sure that Ive installed all the cotents correctly following the instructions.But everytime I aborted the game to the GUI,I found the gaming was continuing,the gun was even shooting while I was doing some selectings on the GUI. I found a line of command  in the config file of VTE_isles.pbo: cutscenes[] = {intro,intro2}; Compared with HC1_MeeKong.pbo,the equivalent line of command is: cutscenes[] = {"..\addons\HC1_MeeKong_anim\intro"};

hi,there! i luv this mod first of all.but does anybody find that there is no cutscenes for every island in the mod?that brought some troubles to me. well,is it I that am the only guy who met such problems?

I did express my concern about the Asia MOD,and I've read Tony's words that he agrees with the idea.So I can stretch my body along the chair slightly and wait for the release. I think CYCLE6's words are some a bit of extreme.China is getting openly,not as serious as what CYCLE6 said.Some electronic products are prohibited because they uglified my motherland,which is unacceptable to the nation,is that to be blamed?Be justicial to China ,just as what China have been doing do you. I really don't know what you are saying here (lost in translation), but I'm sorry if you took offense at my mentioning the death of the Great Leader. Of course the Great Leader is not really dead... Maybe a more realistic campaign would be China vs. India. That would be an interesting scenario. Tibet can be the Resistance. Would that be censored in China? How about a scenario where China allies with all the free nations of the world to liberate Taiwan from its despotic leaders? Acceptable? I don't think I've heard such nonsense in a long time. I think you need to worry more about changing China than changing what mods people make for video games. Hi thunderbird84,to be frankly I shall draw a negtive response to the idea of Asia MOD. CYCLE6,a number of VME,asked whether you've got the permission to use PLA as the opponent side,what's worse,against Japanese.The nowaday relationship between China ,my motherland,and Japan is not the same as that of France and Gemany.You may worsen that among the civilians both of China and Japan.

well, when i install the full.exe, a warning window jumped uot and saying "xxx.pbo cant be decompressed corecrly".i clicked "ingnore" to go on ,but the warning jumped time and time again the last time i install the exe,i wrote down all the pbo files which cant be decompressed,there wre 70 including all the USMC pack,CBT pack ,ECP_** files ,Y2K3_** files and even the bin filefolder and the dat filefolder!! its OK that you dont know the reason,Pappy, thx all the same if i have the patience to download it tens of times, i have the patience to wait for your another super version

Pappy,Ive downloaded the 7.1full tens of times !Every time I install it, 60% of the addons cant be decompressed correctly! So I deledted it ,chose another mirror ,and spent another boring 4 or 5 hours to download this 612M again,then problems recurred！！Thats catastrophe to me! Waiting for your latest version ,without catastrophe,not a patch,badly ~~~~~

Incredible effects and great work! Except for a "Scipt scalar bool array string Oxfcffffefflies\flies_pause.sqs not found" and another error the same with Totala: "2) No entry "Y2K3 custom-PE-XB-TR.bin/cfgweapons.bas-M4desACOG " Do I miss some files? how can i fix them?
