    Q2 ends on the 30th june, not Q3.

    A releasedate can`t be told until an publisher is found.

    According to wikipedia on Fiscal Year

    Calender year. July - September.

    Be patient guys, we'll wait for as long as it takes, in a mean time i play OFP and try not to think about ArmA too much (doesn't work though... wink_o.gif )

    @Jakerod; the only video I saw of Crysis was some in-game footage where the player destroyed this huge robotic spider-looking creature. Is that the only footage they showed on E3?

    It looked mighty disppointing to me. It could have been made over 5 years ago on the UT-engine for all I know. Nothing impressive at all. I think it looked downright boring.

    I really hope they don't even bother with a publisher and just use digital distribution. I guess they’re having trouble finding a publisher, because most publishers probably think the way that reviewer does (graphics are more important then gameplay, not to mention a realistic and “heaven forbid†challenging game. ArmA will hopefully make PLENTY of money with or without a publisher.

    Smooth FPS? How much was it? If it was 100FPS then i wouldn't worry. But if it was like 30FPS, than i would be very worried, meaning i would have to upgrade my rig (and maybe not just upgrade, but buy a totally new config)

    I read somewhere that anything over 25fps is undetectable by the human eye anyway! 100fps? That aditional 75fps would be better put to other processes! wink_o.gif

    Huh? You can see a huge difference between 30 and 60fps. At least on a crt, not sure about LCD's, since I've never used one.

    well I hope there is Jets, at least the A-10 and other ground attack jets. I would love to see the addition of cargo planes too.

    Do you actually still play it? I haven't touched PR since 4-6 months ago and don't plan on ever going back, lol. No mod can turn it into a decent game (at least in my eyes). Maybe I'll see ya when ArmA comes out.

    Islands in VBS2 and Game 2 will be over 100x100km's, that will put jets and a aircraft carrier to good use smile_o.gif

    IF there are jets (no ones been able to say jets yet). placebo said planes over and over but that's not jets. When ask about jets, they says "planes will be in the game" You wouldnt look at a f-16 and say "look at that plane". This could just be a word game too whistle.gif

    Hey coderdfox, It's Rg from the PR community (moved on a while ago though, but I remember your name).

    Either way, jets will be in the game.......mods, mods, more mods.
