Did the store replace the code? Steam are a completely separate entity from us so we have no inside knowledge about how long they'd take, probably a long time though they're very slow, I'd give it at least 1-2 weeks.

It means your graphics card is below the minimum spec, it's not relevant what version of DirectX you're running I'm afraid, only solution is to upgrade your graphics card which is probably out of the question with it being on a laptop. Moving to Arma 2 troubleshooting as that is the correct forum :)

Well if you convert to jpg they might be smaller? Maybe make a reply without the images saying that you've tried already and will try again but if they don't come through can they suggest an alternative method? Correct. I appreciate it's frustrating for some but this is the nature of the alpha process, not all features will be in place and/or working. As the build develops more features including security features will be implemented.

If you read the thread you'll see it generally means your bank is refusing to complete the transaction, are you trying to pay via paypal or directly with your credit/debit card? If the latter try selecting paypal as the payment method and then it will ask for your card information in paypal, you can enter this information without creating a paypal account, it will simply act as a payment portal, alternatively you'll need to contact your bank/card issuer and ask them if they're blocking the transaction.

Hi, I checked your forum email address and see your ticket on the support system, I see in the last reply to you they're requesting some information in screenshots etc, are you trying to attach very large image files? Maybe rar the files and upload to a webhost and then email the link instead?

The core gameplay doesn't vary between SP/MP, by that I mean how you move around, how many buttons you need to learn, the basics of how you shoot etc. so you can consider the Alpha Lite as a core feature set tech demo as someone alluded to above, there will presumably* be either an Arma 3 Free with MP or an Arma 3 demo with MP and that is what will convince non-Arma devotees that the game is for them (or not) if they must try a game's multiplayer to know if a game is for them. Many, many gamers will not want to play Arma within 5 minutes of seeing how complex it it, and of course the inverse is true as well, 5 minutes in the Alpha Lite shows you it's not a run and gun game. *based on past events not based on insider knowledge, just in case ;)

Just really sorry it took so long, can't apologise enough for that, probably no consolation but we're learning lots of lessons from this launch, some good stuff and some bad stuff :)
