I think what he's talking about has more to do with this: I'd say it's a good idea, but I might wait and see if OFP2 has improved CQB/urban AI before making a mod where most of the combat will occur inside a city. Same here, I was thinking of "enemy bling at 11 o'clock" .
-
That's already included in OFP, the M2s are just configged to have no rotation limits. Many addon MGs have rotation limits. For instance, the VIT MGs are very high-quality and have strict rotation limits, making them perfect for bunkers.

And you see nothing wrong with blocking polling places and interrogating people before they enter? That woman had no right to grab someone and ask them if they were voting for her candidate.

Read. The. Title. Here it is: A P.O.W. Story: Politics, Pressure and the Media Please note the acronym "P.O.W." What do F 9/11 or Outfoxed have to do with POWs? Nothing, they're about TBA, not the Vietnam War and its political uses today. BTW, that title comes from Akira's quote. Edit - In case you haven't noticed, the Sinclair special is focused on how Vietnam is used in the media. Or does Akira have some amazing explanation for why the special would be entitled "A POW Story" and not be about Vietnam? You're basing your point upon the NYT's summary of it. You're completely ignoring that little word "POW" in the title of the special. And you haven't explained what F 9/11 has to do with POWs and Vietnam-related political moves. See word "POW". m21man wonders what F 9/11 has to do with POWs. m21man wonders what Outfoxed has to do with POWs. Akira does not explain what F 9/11 has to do with POWs. Akira does not explain what Outfoxed has to do with POWs. In fact, here's the quote where you wonder if Saint Michael & Co. will be featured in a special entitled "A POW Story": I think it would be a reasonable if I asked that you make a coherent explanation of F 9/11's significance in "A POW Story" before flaming me.

The NY Times article was about "Stolen Honor", not the Sinclair special featuring footage from SH in a report on POWs and the media. The article was about the pain of Vietnam veterans about Kerry's post-war behavior ("Sinclair" is only mentioned twice, both times in the introduction to the review.). You, of course, know this, because I'm sure that you read that New York Times review (I did before I posted) . Edit - One might wonder why Akira was doubting whether there would be footage from F 9/11 in either documentary. After all, "Stolen Honor" is about John Kerry's record and the Sinclair special is about "POWs and the media". I don't think that footage from F 9/11 would be relevant to either one (Unless F 9/11 has a secret "Vietnam POWs" segment that is hidden from ordinary viewers ).
-
I'd doubt it too. After all, it's a film about veterans' anger toward Kerry's post-Vietnam behavior, not a film about the media. It is billed as, and I quote, "A documentary exposing John Kerry's record of betrayal." Here's the official site

Try this report about a Tennessee poll. An excerpt: Let the redneck jokes commence  !

But it would be stupid to do it the way that R6 does it. If OFP2 has the ability to customize weapons before the game, you should be able to add multiple attachments like a suppressor, a scope, and a bipod.

The bold part says it all. Why are British citizens supposed to have a say in American elections ? What if the Washington Times had made it official policy to ask Americans to write letters to Australians saying "Please vote for Howard" ? Edit - Changed

You're New Hampshire! You're obsessed with independence, and may even be a libertarian. For you, freedom means doing whatever you like without worrying about the petty concerns of others. You're a big fan of throwing out slogans that threaten those who might infringe on your freedom. And yes, everything is set in stone for you. You built your house on the granite. Sadly, your greatest material inspiration recently fell down and can never be rebuilt. You're Ireland! Mystical and rain-soaked, you remain mysterious to many people, and this makes you intriguing. Â You also like a good night at the pub, though many are just as worried that you will blow up the pub as drink your beverage of choice. Â You're good with words, remarkably lucky, and know and enjoy at least fifteen ways of eating a potato. Â You really don't like snakes.

OFP2: Codemasters Marketing Crisis

Put three game logics on the map (On land, please ). Name them rppos1, rppos2, and rppos3. Now make a little script: <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">_a = [rppos1,rppos2,rppos3] _r = random 3 ?(_r <= 1): _s = 0 ?((_r > 1) && (_r <= 2)): _s = 1 ?((_r > 2) && (_r <= 3)): _s = 2 _p = _a select _s player setpos getpos _p exit

Methinks that this topic is rather old .

"We will double our special forces to conduct terrorist operations" - John Kerry @Walker - Since you're so literal and refuse to believe in the possibility of politicians making verbal slips (Even if the politician corrects himself immediately afterward ), then I assume that you believe that John Kerry will start sending out SEALs to blow up schools as soon as he's elected President ?

Of course I know batteries are very common (I haven't believed in magic-powered lights for a long time). But an attached M203 will still work if a battery fails, whereas a batteryless OICW will lose much of the power of its 20mm system if its battery fails. Without the battery, you're stuck with direct impact mode, where *AFAIK* the 40mm ammo fired by the M203 is much more powerful than the 20mm ammo fired by the OICW.
-
But why ask ?
-
Just kidding
-
Really? I'd say that's good news. Personally, I wish that military had researched a more practical and powerful long-range/CQB weapon (Like a .280 bullpup) than spend millions researching that humongous monster called the OICW. Can you imagine trying to use that thing in urban combat? Not to mention the potential joys of failing batteries .

1. Projectiles already drop in OFP. 2. Why wind? It might sound cool, but during gameplay it would be impractical at best. Barring the existance of a little hat with a 360-degree halo of mini-fans which generate a simulated breeze upon receiving a signal from the computer, wind isn't a very useful thing to spend much time on. Most of us lack one of these hats, and we already have plenty of trouble calculating the correct angle to hit a target 800m away without having to factor in a condition that we can't even measure in game. Theoretically, BIS could add a little electronic gadget that measures the wind and its direction, but that still leaves any non-post-Cold War sniper in trouble.

Of course, all the highlighted weapons in those pictures (Grenade launchers, full autos) have been banned since 1934, and their legal status isn't changed by the sunset of the ban... AR-15s, AK varients, and other such interesting items were sold during the term of the ban, because the ban went after cosmetic features. Ever see a Before Ban/After Ban picture of an AR-15? Not much of a difference. Edit: And showing Colombine was just gross and pointless. The assault weapons ban was in effect when that shooting took place. In fact, the ban had been in effect for half a decade when Klebold and Harris attacked. Yeah, that ban sure did a lot of good.

You need some more details for this example to be appropriate: First, this guy has to have cash dripping out of his nose, so he doesn't have the "I really need the extra money" excuse. Second, this guy has a consistent record of voting against cheap Blue Fuel. He's not just criticizing the president for enacting the Blue Fuel law, he's been taking government action to stop this law. This guy is important and has a consistent, decade-long anti-Blue record. And still he uses the cheap fuel. Edit: I'm looking at the official Kerry tax reform doc, and I see little to nothing about actual reform of the tax code for rich individuals. Raising taxes is pretty much the only thing I can see, not much loophole closing. You know, more anti-Blue Fuel laws. If he was elected, one gets the sense that he'd just make more anti-Blue Fuel laws while signing the paperwork for a shiny new blue Hummer H2. Here's What I Was Looking At

Of course he'll get rid of the tax breaks! Well, maybe not all of them, Theresa needs a new Gulfstream jet, and a new mansion couldn't hurt. Come to think of it, the family needs a couple new SUVs. A bright yellow Hummer H2 would be nice. As Theresa says, "Safety first". Or maybe he can just help raise taxes on the rich, while still skirting the law himself. You know, like he did while he was a Senator. It's fairly amusing to watch you wriggle like an oil-drenched intern. In fact, you're doing precisely what I guessed Bernadotte would do: Accuse Bush of "not paying his fair share", while ignoring Kerry's "creative" interpretations of tax codes. And remember, The Devious Ketchup Duo earned about 10 times what Bush earned, so when Kerry skirts his taxes, he deprives the IRS of far more cash than Bush. So Ketchupman is better? Why? Because he cheats his taxes while serving as a US Senator?
