Allright, Â i felt it was time to react in this thread. First of all i like what you are doing MrCash, but there is one point i want to discuss about. As i am interviewing, i always tell my guests that they can make fun of me. With this i try to create a possibility for humor during the conversation. Â What i never do, is make fun of my guests. unless we talked about that prior to the recording. In your last video with Kingsley and Mike Melvin, i noted you started playing more with video. Ofourse its cool to try to make stuff better, or more enjoyable but there was one thing i didnt like that much. At the end, when we say 'bye' you hooked up some 'village people' lookalike person to the voice of Mike Melvin. This is something that is bothering me. In fact, i'm asking you to NOT make fun of my guests on a visual way. Okey, we make mistakes with words during conversations, or sound goofy. But when you depict someone as a (gay?! ) VillagePeople dude, i find that's its going too far. Always leave a person his dignety (dont know how to explain this.) The last thing we want at SahraniRadio, is that the people dont wanna be interviewed because there will be some spoof that makes a fool out of them. I hope you understand what i mean, and respect that. As last, keep on making fun of me or Loki. i know we can take it, but we cant say the same about our guests. Now... if anyone disagree's with my opinion on this, let me know. im always open for suggestions/opinions from others. cheers, Jerry Hopper

Hey there, i am administering a linux box ( centos 5 ) What i did is install the game locally on a windows box. install all updates and ofcourse Queens Gambit. Once you have installed it completely, pack and upload the complete game-directory to your linux server. I use to RAR the game-directory in a 50MB files multi-part archive, and upload it. Once all files are uploaded, unpack (if you have packed it) on your linux server, and you are done. Be sure to download the latest Linux server executable, and unpack that to the same directory where you just placed your arma files. Now you are ready to fire up your linux ArmA server!

I hate to spoil your party but.... in the interview with Ivan Buchta, Lead designer of ArmA2 a question was asked by a community member. the question was : Is shooting from vehicles still planned. the answer was, that Ivan couldnt garantee this feature is implemented in the game. Although he kept the options open. It might show up in a patch, but no promises were made. This info came from a 3 hrs long interview, and is available for download in 2 seperate parts. With a little creative work, you could hookup multiple servers to create a multi-server persistent battle. Hopefully we can access certain ingame registers via the server remote administration. this would really be the begin of endless (dynamic) battles.

i have a 'addon' that is intended as a testing tool for mission-makers. it's suppose to be a 'vbs2 alike' realtime editor. unfortunatly, it can also be used as a 'cheat' This addon works like a charm even with battleeye ON! I didnt try with doolittle's cheatprotection, but i know there is some discussion going on between doolittle and the addon creator. Bottomline, the best way to protect yourself would be with signatures ON!
