RHS Escalation (AFRF and USAF)
izt_is replied to soul_assassin's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Found the problem. When running the parameter string from the Arma3 Launcher use "@RHSAFRF;@RHSUSF;" and not "-mod=@RHSAFRF;@RHSUSF;" Hopefully this will help anyone in the future. Small mistake on my part but ruins the whole thing. Thanks for informing me about the update. Updated manually (wasn't sure how to do all those command line things and where they should go with steam) and now I'm not getting any errors. This mod is amazing. They so deserved their win! Can't wait for them to Mod more Marine Units inside from ARMAII. Just waiting for that AH-1Z and UH-1Y Thanks for all the help guys- 16577 replies

RHS Escalation (AFRF and USAF)
izt_is replied to soul_assassin's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Yes I did. I specifically downloaded Escalation with both mods inside. And followed the instructions in the readme and added the parameter line -mod=@RHSAFRF;@RHSUSF; I assume they should both be activated then? I do get this notification when I'm launching the game with mods: Addon 'rhsusf_c_heavyweapons' requires addon 'rhs_main' Not sure what that means. Either way it's not working. Thanks fort the help btw.- 16577 replies

izt_is replied to soul_assassin's topic in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Guys, I just downloaded the complete RHS Escalation and installed it following the instructions in the readme to the tee but I can't seem to access any Russian forces. Only the USA forces are showing up in the Virtual Arsenal/Garage and Editor. Any ideas? What am I doing wrong?- 16577 replies

I swear I hope its not a multiplayer game. Or at least there's some SP in it. I LOVE SP. I've enough of this MP BS going around ): No offense to everyone w

I hope it's an expansion with all the modern day stuff in full ARMA accuracy, that would be pretty damn awesome. Doubt it is though ):

I haven't gotten the e-mail yet. Does this mean I'm not in the 2500? I logged in first thing when the countdown ended but you guys know what happened with the store....8 hours of refreshing later, I manged to buy the supporter edition. I don't want to sound like a spoiled sport, I know the supporter edition includes tons of other things but still...feels like a kick in the balls for me especially since I've bought every piece of Bohemia Software since OpFlash. So no luck then?

Hey guys just wondering is there a Faction Showcase for the US marines that I am missing somewhere? There seems to be one for all the Factions except the US marines, and I think maybe the Russians too? Thanks!

Hey lads, i have the fullv ersion of Arma 2, OA and all the DLC. Just wondering how i can access the proving grounds that i have been reading bout all over. I can't find the option to select it. Is it for Editor use only? And what about Armex, how do i access that? I sit multiplayer only, or do they offer Solo play too? Thanks!

Thanks guys. I'll try the fixes and get back to you. Wouldn't disabling Hyper Threading defeat the purpose of spending so much on a Core i& rig? -

Okay previously, when Arma 2 first came out I ran with this PC Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 3.2Ghz GeForce 8800GTX then GTX 275 896mb 4gb DDR2 Ram 800Mhz Creative X-Fi Fatility Pro Windows Vista SP2 32Bit Latest Nvidia Drivers and Game Updates Res 1440x900 Tried to run with everything on Very High except Shadows and AA on Normal. View Distance 2500. The game was choppy, especially in heavily forested areas. My New Com: Intel Core i7 860 stock speed GTX 275 896mb 4Gb DDR3 Ram 1600Mhz Creative X-Fi Fatility Pro Windows 7 Professional 64Bit Lastest Nvidia Drivers and 1.05 Patch Res 1360x768 Tried to run with everything on Very High except Shadows and AA on Normal. View Distance 2009. The game was choppy, especially in heavily forested areas, but abit less than previously. I switched everything to High except Shadows and AA on Normal again, and got the same FPS when I ran the Arma 2 Benchmark 1. Game was still choppy especially in the beginning forested area. Can you guys help me with this, tell me What settings should I have Exactly, such that I can get the best visuals and still have above average smooth performance/gameplay? I really don't know what I am doing wrong here. I would think that my PC would be able to run everything on very high with those specs. I really hope to fix this so I can really start playing the game I bought about 5 months ago. I've barely had the mood to finish the first 2 campaign missions due to the performance. The same thing happened with Arma 1 with my first PC. It can be quite disheartening and disappointing sometimes especially since I love BIS and OpFlash 1 / Arma so much. All help is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys. -
