Having the Vanilla Arma2 preset have 373 as the latest ACE version along with the others, CBA, ACEX etc. I can see many people f***ing themselves over by updating (like they always have through six updater) before seeing this thead. Maybe even a whole new versioning start for ACE_OA would be good? Ha ha ha ha. Count me as one!!

Spangg , I am also having same issue since upadating today to lates and greates. Exit restart. take off autoskip and states all is up to date. (green). Sickboy, I have tried what you told spangg to do. No go. Herr_kalashnikov, I deleted the 3 folders, and uninstalled six-updater. Redownloaded all the files for the ACE. Now it looks like it is installing correctly. Yes it is unpacking @ACEX. Thank you for the suggestion. I will let you know if I am up and runnning. I probably will try the SF server. Hardtail aka Deadmemories

Herr_kalashnikov You are right my friend. I have tried DEL the three folders in the arma2 folder and reinstalling. Now I check and only the @CBA has a .rsync. Which is in the only one that updates. mmm. Can I just del the sub-folders in arma2 and or have to del rsync program and reinstall and run everything? hardtail

Sickboy and Rexehuk I see when running install, update and play. I get an error in the CL box that @ACE and @ACEX..... Checking for updates.... WARNING: Failed to open the repository, not installed! Round userconfig, processing... Then starts splash screen with x.x.182. Do you think that is where my problem could be coming from. The lack of getting to the repos to update the client???? I just install last night. My splash screen shows x.x.182! mmm. I run Rsync Tool and it says "up to date, not updated!". rexehuk I am a hardware guy, could kinda tell me where the vertualstore is so i can del it or what files to del.
