You have to use the shift-click or command menu (space and then scroll to the team and select). It truly sucks that they removed the old ofp way of selecting a team through the keyboard, no idea why they did that as it was much faster and better

We have had major f*cking problems with the "anti-satchel" script added in the latest version. Excluding issue that satchels dissappearing when you die which takes all the fun out of the gameplay the biggest problems is that sometimes the radio towers just chew upp ALL satchels you place, no matter what you do. This gets very frustrating when you're trying to secure a town. Hopefully this will be fixed in later versions as this still is a fun mission that gets played a lot.

Well since it doesn't seem to have a folding stock it's probably a plastic-furniture AK74 and then ribbed topcover is ok. Looks nice to me

The reason they don't implement this in ArmA is not because it's not possible, it's because they don't want to. The more features that are exclusive to VBS1/2 the more easier it is to sell it, otherwise military users might as well buy ArmA. It's just marketing.

1. place your man, call him "para1" or whatever 2. place an empty parachute, call it "chute1" or whatever, make sure it's special field says "Flying" 3. in init field of para1, add "this moveInDriver chute1"

Yes, they no longer autolock/autoaim. With the new zoom not zooming very much at all, this makes for some very interesting shooting

Good news. The faun franziska was groundbreaking in ofp and the G3 was the best made for ofp, will be fun to see this =)

Being able to transport units over water is one thing that's really missing in various CTI-mods. Will be really cool if you pull this off!

Place an empty helicopter, give it a name like "helo" or something. In the black op soldiers activation field insert "this moveindriver helo". -
Tried to play this yesterday but didn't work so well. Clearing first village, ok. But then the message about the tanks failing and air support being called in suddenly pops up... Strykers arrive but the waypoint remains in waiting mode, ie if you get in they just stay there. So we walk to airport where there is total mayhem, AI started attack without us Wrecks everywhere Think this needs a bit improvement =)

Try placing an "H (invisible)" object and make sure the waypoints are on top of eachother. -

Sync the choppers LOAD waypoint to the squads GET IN waypoint. Then at destination sync choppers TRANSPORT UNLOAD to squads GET OUT. -

Played this mission on a server yesterday, it's great fun. Recommended!
