I was messin around with the smoke and put up a smoke screen in front of the enemy ran behind the smoke so that the guy couldnt see me but with one shot he hit me in the head. BIS maybe if you could add an invisible wall when a smoke screen is up to prevent the AI from seeing you cross. This would make the smoke more useful in combat.

I got it and I noticed that the M2's dont engage all choppers. Example the CH-47 could go through a field of M2's and not one would engage it. Also Im missing a song Seventh's song Lifeless. But all in all I like the new sounds they are more imersive. If you could fix those bugs Sachel I would have no problems with the mod. Lata

If possible could some please make me a target beacon? You could use the s-charge model and when activated places a laser target on it. Therfor any nearby aircraft will engage it. I also want to be able to turn it off.(if possible) Thx, erfworm

OK I asked my dad just a few minutes ago if a .50 cal bullet can penetrate a M1A2's armor and he said its not possible. My dad worked on the M1A2 in Allison he helped design the transmission. I then asked if the A10's bullets (dont know the correct name) could penetrate its armor he said "Not the front but it maybe possible on the top part of the turret". I dont want to sound like an ass, but just wanted to end dispute of the .50 cal bullet vs M1A2 MBT. Now I dont know but the .50 cal round may be possible to penetrate other MBT's armor.

When flying a helicopter with a joystick and you set the speed to max it just keeps flying up into the air forever.

(1) Tanks still slide up hills sideways in 1.42 (2) And could you make it so that if your the only squad member left you can still call in support (ie: Ambulances and ammo) I noticed that it is grayed out when your the only one left. (3) Could you also make it so the AI use the mortars more? Ive noticed they never really use them even though in the most simple attacks they never bother to bring it out. (ie: Attacking a villiage not once will they try to bomb it" (4) Also the AI machine gunner AI set to max seem to shoot over the bad guys heads about 1-2 meters. Thx for all your hard work BIS your the best game company ever!

I was looking threw the animations and noticed there where hand signals. It wouldnt be that hard to implent and would look real cool to see them giving hand signals. BIS all you have to do is tweak the animations a little and add a couple more and just implent them for when you give commands. Just a suggestion.

Im not to sure but cant an M1A1 have a flamethrower? I thought I remembered seeing an Abram use a flamethrower on a house once. Also adding sound would be a nice addition. GREAT WORK! keep it up. -
But I just dont want a whole bunch of christmas tree in my levels. But I will let it stay like that for a few more days. Merry Christmas everyone. erfworm

As Suchey said its another cool feature to have. I mean BIS even implented high and low tide. This game will just become even more Military accurate with the signals. And it would be cool if you set your team to stealth they started using signals instead of talking. Be good for spec ops level heh heh.

There is a grassy desert island next to Malden in the bottom right hand corner. Looks small but its actually the desert island with vegetation. Im pretty sure its Malden might be Everon though. -
Yup the russians no longer want war. I was making a russian base and today turned on the computer and noticed the russains had put Christmas trees up over night. God and to think we always thought the russians wanted to Nuke the world. Haha jk. Merry X-mas everybody and BIS, erfworm

I dont know much about choppers but I always thouht when you ejected the blades turned up and disconnected then the pilots seat shot up. I thought I saw that somewhere.

Go for it. I was thinkin maybe you could add an animation to have the gun peek around the corner and when you switch to the scope you can see around the corner. You know how the Land Warriors do it in the videos.

Now you guys are the guys I like to play OFP with. I love team based action. Chopper Insertions with your buds covering you while you sneak up on the enemies flag. I wish everyone understood this concept. Lata

If you read some of the VBS site most of it is classified. And the game engine is souped up I believe.

Actually the .50 cal wouldnt be that bad for Spec Ops teams. When Richard Marcinko ran SEAL Team 6 his snipers used the 50 calibers to pick off guys on an Oil Rig. He said the snipers where so far away the bad guys dropped before you could hear the gunshots. -

How do I get it to work you know the 5 Status then the # that goes with Need Repairs or Need Ammo, or Need Medic and then the Truck or M113 comes. How do I go about getting that to work. Thx

Yeah I noticed they made that for VBS I wish they would send us civs those models. But s**t happens so it doesnt matter.
