Have you played ArmA2? It's entirely USMC.. Marine Infantry, Marine Armor, Marine Air.. It even has a carrier. Arrowhead is based on the Afghanistan conflict with the US Army. ArmA1 was US Army, the US had deployed forces to train the South Sahrani military long-term.

I live over the border in West Sussex, looking good bud :) Roads are very very unrealistic though, not nearly enough potholes! I kid, great work guys :)

Player looking for squad (not for squads to post looking for players!)

Hey all. Looking for a British Realism/Milsim unit who play on Saturday + Weekday Nights :) I've been playing the series since the day flashpoint came out, in smaller gaming communities, larger tournaments (IC-ArmA + CF, which I still play and love - hence the Saturday requirement :) ) and with friends. Experienced in most disciplines and have played with realism units before. Looking for a unit to satisfy my nitty-gritty MilSim fix :) Cheers, DaRat -
Have you people forgotten about Dolores?!

It's your fillrate setting I think, my game looks like that if I turn it down to like 50%. Turn it up to about 150%. -

Are unit engagement ranges hardcoded? Maybe trying an M2 at first with an edited spotting and firing range would do the trick? -

Gentlemen, the perfect AC130 is born. Thank you so much for this, it's pretty much perfect EDIT: Note: It fires much more frequently and successfully when it orbits a little further away -

I'd love for BIS to give us the honest system specs used to make these vids. I wonder why they don't approach one of the amazing sound-mod makers and use those sounds. I think the community would respect them more for using great community-made sounds rather than sticking to some of the really bad ones you can hear in these vids. There'd be no shame in it.. -
The Situation One of the most immersive aspects of any game for me - and I'm sure many others - is audio. Numerous sound-mods and voice packs thus far have proved this, and with the release of new addons all the time with fantastic audio features, one small thing is missing. I'm talking about the dynamic voice packs that have been released. They add so much to the game; having guys yelling out verious things in battle just ups the immersion so much. All well and good if you're playing with American, Russian or Islamic-speaking units. But when you've just stormed a compound with a section of British Royal Marines, only to hear them shout out in thick American accents, the immersion just goes right out of the window for me. The Request What I'm calling for is a British Dynamic Voice Pack! Personally, I don't have the know-how to make one myself, or I wouldn't be sitting here typing this - I'd already have made and released one for the Brit players out there! I'm really begging for someone with the relevant know-how to gather up community-made sounds and put them into a pack. This will only be possible with a huge amount of co-operation from the British Members of the community! We need to get together and record various phrases etc. so that it's quick and simple for the addonmaker to put a pack together. I'm not saying I can do it, but I'm more than happy to record myself for the good of the commnity  To Summarise... I'm asking someone with the relevant skills and a kind heart to take the reigns on a project like this, and put out a list of how many voice-actors would be needed and a script of what they need to say etc. I'm also asking people to come forward and post if they would take the time to participate in a project like this. Come on Brits! Show that you're willing to participate! We need an Immersive voice pack! Thanks for your time, really hope this goes somewhere Da Rat
