Trains and train tracks anyone?
drewb99 replied to scorched earth's topic in ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
The size of the island has nothing to do with weather or not there's trains somewhere, it's how needed they would be. An island the size of Nogova or Everon could probably have a rail system if enough people/industries used it. -
Static objects usually are classified as Armoured, so yes, they can shoot missles.

The Beta Mi-26 addon (The one with the opening doors) used multiple animations going on at the same time, open up its PBO and see how they did it.

As you pointed out, it has missles on wheeled vehicles and a Harrier- things which standard OFP simply can't do.

The fact that vehicles can't fire missles is hard-coded into the engine and fixing it would require ripping apart the base engine, not something that would be easy or quick to do.

There was a flamethrower thant worked quite well released a very long time ago, perhaps if you search the forums for Gotterfunke's Flamethrower you might find it.

It's been on my radar for awhile now, and it's looking pretty good. I've never been very partial to online games though

I fly both planes and helos in OFP with mouse without incident It's also much easier using a mouse to target things.
-
There's no proof that there will even be an OFP2 at all.
-
Minus the textures and cockpit, it's pretty darn good I managed to cram a Hummer, Trabant, Mini, and a Skoda into the back

That helo almost looks like some of the earlier Hinds:
