Terrain fails to load ingame. Works in-editor

Hello, I have the same issue. When I test in the editor everything is fine, but when I upload my map to workshop, terrain become invisible (with some weird thing on the side) and I spawn in Water, all vehicle also go in the water. Thank you, please help.
