FTY Dirty Masher

Hello everyone, I have a question, is there an audio mod that allows you to make advanced audio configurations in the Arma 3 audio options? I would really like to be able to adjust the volume inside and outside of vehicles so that the volume level is not so different. When I communicate with my people via Discord, Teamspeek or something like that and I'm in the outside view of a vehicle, I almost don't hear the chat anymore...
