Hello For your information when the new season arrives my colleagues and I have opened more than 900 crates, without getting ANY PLANS! Do you have a serious explanation? It becomes tiresome and demotive new players, if it suits you so it’s a shame....

Hello How are you going to improve the loot rates of the production plans in the drop boxes, because for over 2 months and hundreds of open cases, I have NOT had even a common level manufacturing plan. I only have the thomson plan and to compete with other players it’s not great. Thank you for your response

-PS4 - Hello I am new player for 2 months and I have progressed quite a lot in my shelter (level 10), and opened quite a lot (even bcp) of boxes of all colors. The problem is that I never have ANY manufacturing plan except the basic Thomson, I can’t get any other weapons and/or consumables plans like bandage, .... I happen to have other weapons of course but on the other hand the craft of the balls and the consumables of care have caused me problems, and it starts to annoy me a little. So is this a bug in my account or some other programming issue? how do we fix this? thank you for your answer
