I've witnessed several players who were obviously using some glitching Mod, Cronus or something. How do we report these players?

This player MonMonMiner is using some cheating Mod. He get's threat in every game because anytime someone targets him his character glitches out of the kill zone making him impossible to hit. I've had this issue 3 time with him so I know it's not just a bug.

Yes it's constant - 50% of the time I open a crate it crashes. Seems like I still get my stuff but it's annoying as hell.
