Does the game have a mechanism to report cheating players?

I've witnessed several players who were obviously using some glitching Mod, Cronus or something. How do we report these players? -
Yes it's constant - 50% of the time I open a crate it crashes. Seems like I still get my stuff but it's annoying as hell.
