43rd Shock Troops Battalion is a newly established Arma 3 realism group that strives to be a community first and a unit second. Currently containing a squad's worth of tight knit friends, the 43rd STB is officially opening recruitment. We are open to any and all who wish to be apart of a group with the aspiration of growing into a community. Our primary operations are conducted on Sundays at 6pm (1800) EST, with trainings being conducted on an as-required basis. We do not plan to or desire to coddle individuals who are already experienced with the game engine and require little in the way of actual training. We encourage a system of learning on the move. That being said, we may conduct FTX (field training exercises) in lieu of a standard operation from time-to-time to tweak tactics or habits that may require additional practice before perfecting during actual operation times. The first official operation for the unit will be held this coming Sunday (04/10) and we would be thrilled to fight alongside new faces.
