How to fail a mission if a specific part of a vehicle broke?

I'm trying to make a helicoper evac scenario. And sometimes under fire it's rotor breaks, so it won't take off, but the heli itself doesn't explode, so "!alive" check doesn't work, what should I use to fail a mission in such conditions?
