Stated pretty plainly on the very first post this isn't going up on Steam ... and as CBA is the only dependancy your noobs can grab that from there anyway. -

The RAR file just doesn't have the folders but all the files are there - after you extract it, manually make a new "addons" folder inside that, and move the PBO and BISIGN files into it...working me me for last 5 years -
it's always happened for me - just don't commandeer Bluefor vehicles if you can avoid to...Ifrit, Zamak, etc are fine
