I have posted to the support email Two times and have not gotten back a reply so I'm here now in hopes of getting this ever-elusive pack. As stated that is the most recent ticket I hope this gets the dev team's attention! And for anyone else please do go to the email and make a support ticket because that's all they are going to tell you here. I post back if the issue is resolved for anyone else to give them hope.

Gamertag = BeThePandaz15 The perk has been claimed but none of the items were received I know there were dev issues in the works so I'm refreshing my ticket now that they are resolved in hopes I can finally receive this since I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the issue. Support ticket #216396
