Ok well apparently i cant use the 64 bit version i went through the launcher settings and am using the 32 bit version and it is not starting up we will see how it goes. Thanks for the help!

the word is missing in the actual error message. I cannot find the file for some reason either. How do you disable battleye in the Arma launcher?

So I got the game a few days ago and I downloaded it and it wouldn't launch. I went through many troubleshooting processes including uninstalling the game and reinstalling it multiple times but nothing worked. When I start the game through steam, the launcher opens and whenever I click play a message that says "the code execution cannot proceed because was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." The message is from arma3_x64.exe and i just don't know what to do.
