support Can't Finish the robotic missions

So no help with this at all! -
I have been playing this game on and off since it was early access. I do not want to move to the manned missions before I finish the robotic missions. I have done all the missions I can do, finished all the tech tree technologies, and have plenty of money, but there are still 4 optional missions that are not complete!! Also in some areas on the map, it says "New Technologies required for additional missions" Is there anything I have missed?
