Keyhandler Hold Down Key for x amount of time

Hello! Im been trying to create a keyhandler that can detect how long a key has been pressed. Example: To open a menu you need to hold down windows key for 5 second. Does anybody have experience with this or created this in the past? Been trying to find something about it but so far no good. Kind Regards Sven
