I added a mod which has a building with doors but i was the doors to only be opened by cops how can i do that ? please help

Helli i want players that are gd are rp and i have a dedicated vps(Server)Which i want to host an arma 3 roleplay server on but im really bad at making server on arma about life so i want 1 or 2 devs that are super good at their work which can work not go offline alot.If they help me out and finish the server i will promise you get Co-Owner and alot of other ranks
