On 1.78 update, BI added enum value check to the all script commands. So, the last parameter of createVehicle cannot be an empty string. Available values: "NONE", "FLY", "FORM", "CAN_COLLIDE". More info here --> https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/createVehicle
