I can edit the config and all I leave the texheaders and I pack it back into a pbo but I never see it come up in game please help

Do I need to edit the texheader.bin

would I have to go in game for that though

He has so many files??? anything else I can use, I am trying to do it to a .bin file

Hi, I have been having issues finding a software that would work with this Rangemaster custom skin I'm trying to make for a mod pack. if anyone knows any good tutorials using notepad++ or will make a tutorial please help me. And how do I fix the null parts.
